Looks exactly as advertised. Easy to convert from chair to bed. Is firm in a supportive way. My bed is on a loft so I sometimes sleep on these and am always comfortable and well rested. I had originally been thinking of getting a similar item from ikea for about $800 per chair. These are more attractive and a great deal I think. They came in six boxes and four arrived one day. When I contacted the company they were prompt and helpful. The other two boxes arrived next day (and it was a shipper thing, not a seller). Putting them together is actually pretty simple, too.

This chair is BIG. Keep that in mind when purchasing. Assembly was time consuming but not difficult. No extra pieces were included, so don’t lose anything. It comes with a pillow and a large cushion which is nice. Packaging arrived damaged but pieces were all fine. It comes in 3 massive boxes which are quite heavy. I am a small pregnant woman, and I managed it just fine however. The only drawback for me is that it’s not very comfortable to sit in. It’s not soft at all. It’s very very firm. But it’s big and super functional, and the color is really nice.

Arrives in 3 boxes - each one easy for me (an average small woman) to carry... Assembly was easy to do by myself and the end result is lovely. The foam on the seat, back and bed-extension is very firm. (If you like the "over-stuffed" plush feel, you may not like this.) But is it perfect to my taste. The cushion on arms is a little thin. The fabric is not as heavy as it appears in the photo. But it is well made and coloration is even. (I applied Scotch Guard to waterproof)

One more thing - all the chair parts are made of sturdy, angle-iron. The bed extension rolls quietly, smooth and straight. I'm really impressed! Feel like I got great value for the money.

The thing with chair-beds is that beds need to be firm to be comfortable, but chairs need to be soft to be comfortable. This chair is firm, but not hard. It's nice and wide - reminds me of a chair-and-a-half. I like it a lot. I slept in it 2-3 nights and it was very comfortable. I have it in my guest bedroom with a twin bed so two people can use the room or just one with a chair. I kind of want another for my living room because you can also use it as a chaise lounge! Three uses is fantastic!

It is a nice looking piece of furniture but!! There were no instructions. Unzipped the cushion and got out the hardware and there was two pieces of paper also. But all the two pieces said was parts list. So husband was not to pleased. So he is trying to put it together now without instructions. Update. Emailed them and they sent instructions. A little to late since husband assembled it already but at least they replied to my email. The chair looks really nice and easy to recline and easy to make into bed

I received a defective chair it cannot be put together correctly and wobbles and is crooked and after many emails with the seller they are saying I need to pay to return it. Complaining to Amazon directly don’t waste your time with this scammy seller!!
