BUYER BEWARE What a hot mess! I ordered this- look at the picture. Looks like I bought a bed- right? Long box came, dragged it up 2 flights of stairs. Opened it, ready to set up, expected foot board and head board in a day or two. Why? Well, look at the picture- I bought a bed- right? Wrong. My purchase was rails only- which require a $422.00 headboard and footboard. Now I can pack it back up, drag it down 2 flights of stairs and send it back.
Yes, small print which I now looked at states it is “one component”. I relied on the photo. I bought a bed, right!?
As a single parent I look for deals but this is ridiculous. I ordered full size, they sent a queen size. Its suppose to be wood upholstered.... The bad part is I just moved and brought this for my daughter and can't afford to send it back. I already brought the full size mattress. I cant stop crying
