I've been searching for a mid-grade knife set for a while and these have surpassed all expectations. These knives belong in the high end pricing category! What a value! I've worked in many kitchens and have experienced many variety of kitchen knives and these are comparable to the high end ones. They're light, EXTREMELY sharp, and are aesthetically pleasing. It takes such little effort to cut anything and the built-in sharpener will make sure it stays that way.

Knives are good quality. Comfortable grips. Just about every knife needed in the kitchen. The sharpener built in to the block is in an awkward place. If you’re left handed, using the sharpener will take a little getting used to. I wish the set came with a sharpening steel instead.
