I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m really happy about this product.

We had our kitchen and living room redone last year, including the floors. Unfortunately, a lot of edge chipping occurred out of nowhere. The installer promised to fix things, but never did. A few months ago, we got a medium sized goldendoodle puppy, and that made the floors a lot worse. Lots of deep scratches and wood chipping.

I figured I’d give this product a try. Our floors were in really bad condition for being not even 2 years old.

At first, I tried the crayons, but they didn’t really do very well. Then tried the colored wood filler. The included colors weren’t a good match because I had a dark walnut color wood, but what worked was mixing the black and mahogany colors together, which made a very acceptable match.

This stuff dries quite fast, and I found the best way to work with the wood paint is to apply it with a brush and then use a damp paper towel to lightly remove the excess paint after about 20-30 seconds. This is enough time for the paint to bond with the chipped wood and also have the excess wiped off.

It was a bit of a learning experience, so I tried on a few easy spots to start off and worked my way up to the more challenging pieces. It was easy after the first 30 minutes.

Overall, highly impressed by the product and definitely recommend.

Takes some patience and some finding your inner artist but I’m pretty pleased with the results I had a pretty nice sized hole in my floor that had been bothering me for years, if you didn’t get close to the ground you can’t even see it after I fixed it. I did mix colors and use the brush to create some texture and grain with a different color filler but I’m pretty damned pleased!

I don’t write reviews often, but I had to for this product because I looked for reviews of people with my problem. I spilled oil based room aroma on my tinted piece of furniture. Disaster! Look at how it ate the tint. I LOVE this piece of furniture. It is a dark brown. I ordered the kit and mixed the darkest brown with a dab of black and look at the amazing result. I am over the moon. Easiest thing ever. You can still tell there was some damage if you look carefully, but I am ecstatic with the results. Thank you!!!!

I am looking for a gray color, and the cap color is preferred. However, the real color is much darker, so I cannot use. It is better to display its actual color in the description photo.

This is very easy to use. I mainly use the paint tubes and the pens. Once applies my furniture looks new again!

Repair kit works well. I use them in the rv business for covering up staple and nail holes in laminate, wood and other surfaces to keep things looking neat.
