I needed a spare bed, and have never bought one before. This folding cot with 4" memory foam was so very easy to assemble (you need 2 people to unbox it, because of its large size), but once out of the box, and after screwing on the 4 casters (which took a little bit of patience because of the included wrench-like tool, but really it was not a big deal) I was able to handle it all by myself (I am a 73 year old woman with arthritis !!!). Unfolding and folding it up was a breeze. You just have to be GENTLE with it and not try to over-think it....there are red little release tabs that make it easy to pick up, one side at a time and fold in half. My friend, who slept on it, said it was very comfortable and is thinking about getting one herself. There are cheaper ones on the market, but honestly, this is totally worth a little extra money. I also bought some sheets from Amazon for only $14.95 and they were soft and very comfy. I am also going to spend a little extra for a dust cover for it....and it fits great in my closet (buying it was a GREAT excuse to clean out the closet to make space for it !!!!) I just love this cot, and my guests will love it too.

This bed was a surprise, I've come to expect a reliable level of quality from AmazonBasics but this exceeded expectations. No assembly required, just release the clip and fold down. Frame is very solid, smooth casters (remember to take the break off!) And a firm memory foam mattress, not the cheap regular foam. The mattress was surprisingly much more firm than expected. both my wife and I tried it and we couldn't feel the base at all, unlike many cheap alternatives. I think it's a lot to do with the mattress but also it doesn't suffer from having springs poking out everywhere. It is quite hard so If you prefer medium support or at least a little softness at the top, I would advise picking up a good mattress topper.

I ordered this bed after reading reviews of many many roll-away beds and cots. This one had no assembly, other than attaching the casters, which was a big plus. It also had many positive reviews. The width, 31", is perfect for me allowing me to turn over easily. Even little dog can sleep at foot area. If I leave the bed down, he quickly stakes out a napping place. It has been easy for me to both let down and fold by myself. The mattress is very firm. The only negative is that I can feel the center bars, not to a great extent, but I do know they are there. This issue does not prevent me from going to sleep and sleeping soundly. I'm thinking about placing a very thin piece of cushion foam under the mattress over the 2 center bars and that should correct the issue. It's a very stable bed; you don't have to worry about it collapsing. For me, all the positives outweigh the one negative. It has every appearance of lasting a long time.

I have a bad back and I slept very comfortably on this bed. I had it shipped to my brother's house in another state and he put it together so I don't know how difficult it was, nor do I know how easy it was to maneuver because I didn't move it.

We were pleasantly surprised. We got it for my sister that was visiting and she loved it. She’s 85 and afraid of high beds so this worked out perfect.

The wheels broke about a week after i got it cheap plastic , i tried to find some better ones that could fit but no luck my son uses it a lot i had to put a piece of wood under the post where the cheap wheels were NOT HAPPY !!

We were really excited when we placed the order, but when the bed showed up, the box was damaged on the outside. Then as we we u folded the frame, it was broken! This was very disappointing as we were counting on it for someone to use the day after it’s rival. We sent it back and thought maybe we would give it another chance and replace the order, but then it was no longer available on Amazon. We ended up going with a different bed which isn’t so great because it totally sags in the middle. Oh well. It is what it is.

With less than 3 weeks of use, the bed broke at 2 places (photos attached). Called up customer service only to be told that the limited warranty does not cover 'physical damage'??! (what does it cover then??) It seems that I have lost my hard earned money. Hopefully, this review will dissuade others from making the same mistake and losing theirs.

Mattress is very good. But the legs of folding bed is broken with in a month. Now it is useless for me. How can it be repaired please help.

The bed is sturdy and the memory form matress is comfortable but the size is too small. The length is just about perfect for me. Considering I'm tall it will not be an issue for most people but the width is too short. Its just about the size of a pillow with not much room for switching sides. The matress is very comfortable while sitting and needs some time to adjust while lying on the bed by the sides.

Overall a very good product from amazon basics. Due to the shortened width I had rated it with 4 stars. But as per the quality it surely deserves 5 stars.

The product is absolutely waste of money. The matress is soft and comfortable but the steel cot is very delicate. It will break in less than 6 months and you will run after cloudtail claiming warranty and the only response you get is they are working on it. Such disgusting service you will never find elsewhere. Even after 20 email, I still get the same response " we are working on it". Therefore pls don't buy this product as you will loose your hard earned money just like I did.
