This sofa seemed like a neat way to gain more storage in my small living space. But it was almost a week past the delivery date, so I got the refund Amazon offered because there was no sign of life on UPS tracking. Only that someone had created a shipping label. Of course, right after my refund was processed, suddenly tracking indicated that the sofa was en route & then was delivered the next day. Faced with the realization that I would be expected to somehow send back 3 huge boxes, I open the boxes and put the sofa together only to discover that the construction is pretty flimsy for the price. I removed the plastic cup holder to find a space where I could reach down and feel cardboard along side the interior of the arm. Comfort? Not so much. It’s a very firm foam, and Not anything like a memory kind of material. It’s smaller than expected, I didn’t look closely at the dimensions though, so really that’s on me.
All in all, a rinky dink sofa for more money than a lot of higher quality sofas. I really wanted to like this sofa, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment and I will be charged for it eventually when they reverse my refund :(
