Installation is straight forward with the clear instructions, the mechanism is smooth, and the trash basket is good quality. Can't ask for much more than that. Please watch the video if you'd like to see this in action.

1st thing i bought when i moved into condo, keeps garbage out of site. I recommend you also buy the door kit which allows you to pull out without opening cabinet door and then sliding out can. With door kit you just pull on door and it slides out.

Exactly what we’ve been looking for.Fits just right. Garbage out of sight. Product is sturdy and easy to install. We just have to buy the lid separately. Otherwise, highly recommended

The glide is so smooth and so convenient!! We love this and are going to buy another one for our recycling.

Cons: The instructions could be more descriptive with measurements. We had to add more spacers than were provided in order to attach it to the thickest part of the door (see photos) but we made it work. We didn't realize it was an extra order or $25 to get the door mount kit (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000MF272W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). It took us about 30-45 minutes to install because we are perfectionists. Even though the instructions were annoying and that could be improved, I'm still rating it 5 starts because we love it so much.

I hesitated to trade existing storage space for a trashcan but I am so glad I did. The Rev-A-Shelf was easy to install and worked exactly as I expected. The instructions were a bit lacking but a quick check on you-tube is all you need. Just four easily placed screws to your cupboard bottom and project complete. Now my only problem is continually going back to my old trashcan space instead of my cupboard..lol. The fact that the kitchen trash is not the first thing guests see when they enter my house is awesome. I should have done this upgrade years ago! You won't be sorry if you purchase this unit. I love it!

Received the product and it is well made. Easy to install. Smooth sliding rack. I like the having the larger size pail 35QT as well. Couple of things to note if it helps anyone. It is tall and will always need to be pulled out to toss garbage. Although it does come with a handle I tend to simple use the top of the pail to slide it out (its the highest point and I don't feel like bending if I have too. Maybe its an aversion to exercise or being lazy some might say :) but because the brackets that hold the pail is not tight and snug on the pail it wiggles some as I slide it out. kind of feels like the pail might pop out ) but it doesn't. I would prefer that it would be a tighter fit to avoid the pail from being loose. It may be just me and many will simply use the bottom rail with their foot or the handle, which I have done as well. I like to have my options :). Anyway, I did use a bungee cord to help tighten the brackets against the pail and it helps. Not the best solution because the cord can pop off when I try to remove the pail but I usually only slide out the garbage bag. I do like it and I am sure you will too.

Really nice product. The picture is deceiving as I did not read through and purchased assuming the door mount kit was included. Not sure why the picture would be with the door mount kit if you had to purchase seperately. Otherwise, a really nice product. It does what I wanted which is to hide the garbage. Would purchase again but want the door mount kit so you're not having to open the cabinet door, then pull out the garbage.

Can't say enough about this hardware!! Dimensions in description are accurate. The stainless steel finish is polished and professional looking. Sliding action is rock solid. The install was very easy. Instructions were good. The bracket arms take some elbow grease to install, but the unit is ROCK SOLID holding the can once installed. The basket in the rear for holding your trash bag box is a welcome surprise. Very, very pleased. Buying another for my recycling now.

Great storage size for us (large). We sent the lid back. We have a compost bin that is lidded. Our waste bin is no smelly. The bin slides on rack effortlessly and it was a simple install.

I love how this product saves the space in my kitchen. It looks better and cleaner because its underneath my sink.

Glides nice, perfect size and the space behind the garbage for bags is great. Would definitely recommend!
