Don't walk, Run!! Lots of parts to put together, and nothing fits. The holes were at least three inches off (see photo). By the time we found out that this was the case, we had totally unpacked the product, and discarded the boxes. We called Amazon to report the product, and their best offer was to trade us out for another, and they wanted this one disassembled & shipped back. What??? They treated us as if we were incapable and maybe even trying to scam them out of the couch. We are faced with the decision of keeping a poor quality couch with arm pieces that don't match up, or figuring out how to get this piece of junk back to them and getting a brand new one in 4 weeks! Incidentally this one made it here in 4 days. Very disappointing!
