Bought this cover for our new electric leather recliner so our dog would not scratch it, the fit would be fine if we could use the straps but they’re way too short for our chair therefore I have to continually adjust the cover as it slips all over

This product seemed to have all the features in the description; well stitched, both colors are as they appear in the picture and it was padded, yet light weight. However, although it's an overlay area for the seat was fine, it doesn't work with a large/extra large recliner. The elastic retention straps that go under the chair are too short and the side pockets ended up on the top of the armrests.

After installing the cover it was ok for the first few days, however after that wear, the arm covers are stitched to the seat cover stated the rip the stitching from the seat cover, the back cover will not stay in place no matter what we tried. The only thing that was good about the seat cover is that it does stop little spills.
I would not recommend purchasing this product to anyone

Good size for large recliner. Fits well and stays in place. It’s certainly water resistant but not waterproof. I use it for cat accidents. It was more waterproof till I washed them not as repellent. I will spray it with waterproof spray for tents and see if that helps.

Fits well, easy to wash. It is not water resistant at all, it soaks right in but if you’re quick you can get the cover off before it leaks through. Easy to put on and soft. The only thing that would make it better would be a leak guard in the seat.
