Not difficult to assemble,, but very time consuming.. The cushions on this product are very poor quality. I've barely sat on this set and the seat cushions have already lost there elasticity and don't spring back up. I'm only 125 lbs so can't imagine how bad they'd be after just one day of someone heavier sitting down. The sun has also caused the cushion color to fade in a matter of weeks and the set is underneath a covered patio! The cushions are so light weight that the back cushions just blow off with the slightest bit of windy weather because there's no way to attach them to the set. The seat cushions can be attached to the set but not the backs, why they didn't think of that is beyond common sense. I now understand why a good set costs well over 1K, you get what you pay for. Very disappointed with this set. After 1 summer season it'll be going in the trash. The adjustable legs are just small screw legs which u would usually see on the bottom of solid wooden legs for fine adjustments.

Great sectional for the price!! It arrived in about a week..1 box one day and the other 2 came 2 days later. Very easy to assemble. I did it myself and had no issues at all. I have ordered Velcro strips to hold the back cushions up because they fall over every time you get up. I will get my husband to attach all pieces together because they do move around and I don’t trust the cheap plastic fasteners you can buy separately. The glass top will be removed because I have kids and I don’t see it lasting long....and the suction cups to hold it in place don’t work. All in all, this outdoor furniture is a great deal compared to really expensive pieces. It is shorter than my previous furniture but I knew this beforehand because of other reviews. I’m hoping this set holds up for quite some time!!

The outdoor sectional is fantastic, the problem is the initial order was missing three panels required to fully assemble. It took ten emails between myself and the seller, two phone calls to Amazon customer service and over two months to get my complete order. Problem is i ordered in the summer, it is now November and I just got to assemble and sit on it for the first time yesterday. Not going to get much use out of it this year. If you wanna gamble with almost $500 it is a great outdoor sofa

I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Only one insignificant piece was missing, can’t even see because it is hidden by the section placed next to it you wouldn’t know of it, unless i were to move the chair out and show you. Highly recommend you purchase if your on the fence, you wont regret your purchase. I purchased two sets, came in six boxes total with two furniture units in each box.

Customer service unfortunately was bad.
One panel didn’t have the hole for the screw and another came with insane amount of mold. Now that’s more serious.
Product itself does look good. Just a little lower than I expected.

Comfy and easy to put together. I had a vocal to the cushion so they wouldn’t move around or fall and I connected the seats together with a little hook and stuff I had.

It’s a good set. Comfortable. The review about the cushion is correct, the back piece fall over. But overall not bad. My complaint is that they sent the wrong part for one of the armless chairs. So I reached out to the company to send me the correct one and they’re telling me it will be 6 weeks before it arrives.
