I am looking for a good quality and easy-to-install kitchen faucet. This one is perfect! My husband only took about 15mins to finish install. Like the video, the length is excellent, it’s easy for me to clean every ankle of the sink. For the sensor, love it. It becomes a lot easier when my hands are oily and sticky. Recommend for everyone!

Great product as part of my smart home project. Has to say I had a couple hours of disappointment after installing it. Couldn’t get the touch on and touchless to work consistently, until my kid came over and just swayed his hand around the faucet... after that, this faucet became one of the best purchase in my project.
The trick to trigger is gentle and swift touch on or hand swaying. Do not just move you hands in and stay there and wait. In a way, the gesture is quite fun.
The customer service was responsive, another kudos.

NOTE: there is a gesture to activate/deactivate touchless function - gentle and swiftly touch the metal part three time, very useful when you are doing dishes
I had used this kind of faucet in a public kitchen, and it pretty impressive. So I finally bought one from Amazon. This product is practical, the tube can be prolonged and on off of it can be contorted by three ways: switch, touch and sensor.
This faucets is better than Fossetts three times its price Very well-built easy to install does everything a 500$ Fossett does once you get used to the touch and touch less feature you get spoiled by it. I have had both Delta and Moen faucet this one is twice is good for third of the price
Just finished installing the new faucet, it looks great.
The touch sense feature seems to be a bit random, will try to make sense of it.
Absolutely NO information in the instructions regarding the touch on/off feature.
The instructions are a single page and are pretty useless.
Other than that - a great faucet for the money.
This is a beautiful faucet, and it was really easy to install even though the directions are really lacking. The touch and touch less on/off feature is a good idea, but in reality it doesn’t work well at all. We spent a lot of time being frustrated with the thing turning off and on by itself and not operating the way we wanted it to when we needed it. The directions given state nothing about troubleshooting, so I had to come back and find some videos to figure out what could be the problem. After following the suggestions about how to fix the inconsistency of the on/off, it helped somewhat. After about 3 weeks of it, i finally disconnected the power from the unit so that it operates like a normal faucet. If I had to do it over, I would not buy this unit. One other thing I don’t like about it is the lack of a shut off button on the wand. It has a button to turn on and off the spray feature but a momentary off button would be nice.
I've been wanting to have one of these faucets for a long time. I did my research and after several reviews, I decided to buy the Touchless Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer by ARRISEA. It took me a little bit to get used to the touch feature to be able to use it proficiently. Now, I don't think I could work in my kitchen without it. It is sturdy, and a great price.
Faucet went in great and took about an hour. So far seems to be exactly as advertised. Getting use to using the touch feature but absolutely love the touch on and touch off.
