Delivery was great. Putting it together was very easy. The size is perfect (we have it in a small room/den). It pulls out very easily (our 6 year old can do it). It's solid and heavy and feel like a really good quality - doesn't feel flimsy. I debated a lot about a couch, and am very happy with this purchase.

I like the sofa itself, it is constructed well and easy to pull out the sleeper part. It is firm but I don’t mind that. I loved the way it looked when I first set it up. However now after having it for a few months the fabric is
Iike Velcro. Hairs, lint, crumbs, everything sticks to it. I try to vacuum it or even use a tape roller to remove the various stuff that sticks to it and it still will not come up. If you aren’t going to actually use the sofa and just want it for looks that may work for you. If you have pets or kids forget it.

Unboxing: there’s two cushions stored under the couch itself in the zipped up area — you’re not missing any pieces (unless they’re not there lol)

Opinion: it’s sturdy, kinda stiff but not uncomfortably stiff. You’ll want some type of cushion or throw pillows — the arms are too short to comfortably use as a head rest or anything for that matter

The extended part is not swappable from side to side. Don’t know how to describe this, but the L shape is fixed and I don’t see how it can become reversible

Overall, it’s decent for the price and fits comfortably in a smal apt.

The blue version of this couch looks really, really cheap — the dark grey one doesn’t

Just received this - it looks fabulous and exceeded expectations. It’s appropriately firm, the fabric looks great and durable and is well constructed. The sleeper extension functions easily. I am very pleased. The value is excellent.

This couch arrived today, February 25th 2019. The shipping company XPO is a joke, the couch arrived damaged and had to be returned. The replacement will take an additional two weeks to get here.

The cushions are firm, I would suggest viewing it in a store before purchase and pray that the shipping company doesn't demolish it before you get it. Not a great experience

What this is : A functional place to sit.
What this is not : A comfy place lounge or nap after a long day at work.

I like the form factor of this sofa but it is not what I expected. It's the stiffest sofa I've ever sat on. The seat back is too low to sit back comfortably so there is no neck support. It's pretty small and not very deep. I'm 5'8, not a giant by any standards but my feet hang off the chaise. This might be ok for a spare room but is not good for a family living space. It also arrived slightly damaged. Now I have to deal with the headache of returning a huge sofa. On a positive note it does not feel cheap and seems well built aside from the plastic legs.

I'm trying to be as fair as possible. Fabric is a nice shade. Seems to be of good quality, but from the first day my cats hair started to stick. Dont buy it if you have pets. The legs are plastic, although it's tough plastic. I returned this couch because the quality is not what I expected. When you seat you can feel the wood frame. It would be very hard for an adult to sleep in it. It's too sturdy for the back and I barely fit and I'm average size. By the day I returned it, I also noticed the back pillows started to lose shape.

Couch for a rental unit. Appears to be durable fabric and a good value for the price. Pull ou section creates room for two children to sleep.
