It is low to the ground but the assembly instructions are extremely easy to follow and the bed looks nice. The material is soft and the ottoman is deep! You can put soooo much in it and still have space. I will say the initial delivery box is super heavy, so you will need a second person to help you carry it up/down stairs.

Got this today well packaged and my nephew put it together for me in no time. He had no problems missing pieces or complaints at all. Nice looking bed and and quite sturdy. Real solid. I was a bit worried that the shade of the light grey would be too dark but it wasn't. I'm so happy I chose this bed....a smart purchase and worth the money. The attached bench will come in handy while getting dressed as I can't stand very long because of health issues and the storage is quite spacious for my blankets and sheets. Love it!!

I'm quite happy with this bed. It's well made and was easy to assemble. My husband and I put it together without a single argument and only used the tool that came with it. It's well supported and uses real bolts, not the toggle/lock bolts so much flat pack furniture seems to utilize. The headboard even clears the electrical outlet behind the bed. My only qualm is that our pillows tend to slide under the headboard, but that's because we have a foam mattress and low profile pillows and we don't have the bed pushed all the way to the wall.

When you order online, you never know. This frame has been perfect. Super Sturdy! Love the gray color! The storage is nice to sit on and store items. I purchased a tall queen mattress to go on the frame, nothing but pleased!
Took two of us to assemble, but was simple to do. The box is extra heavy, so heads up. I would buy this frame again!

I loved that this package came earlier than expected. It was very heavy as everyone else expressed, I had to use a dolly and the help of my mom to get it inside. The length of the box wouldn’t fit through my bedroom door so I had to unbox in the living room then move to bedroom. The assembly was a breeze. The instructions were easy to follow despite it being mostly pictures. It took all of one hour with the help of my boyfriend to assemble. After sleeping on it one night I am thoroughly impressed from the price to delivery and assembly I feel this bed was a great investment. It lifts my bed off the floor while adding additional storage and setting space with the ottoman attached. I’m glad I took the leap in purchasing. I was worried something could arrive damaged or missing but this product proved me wrong. I decided to leave a review because it helped inform my decision which I’m so happy I did. Hope this review helps the next buyer feel confident in purchasing this item.

Looks great and great value for the $$. My only issue with the bed was that the bolts provided for assembly were not long enough and I was required to find and buy additional screws to complete putting the bed together.
