Received sofa a day early, I happen to be home so no problem. It was valentines weekend so we stored the parcel until my spouse and i returned from a holiday. Upon return we assembled and was dismayed it had a rip on the leg. I was contacting amazon for return but they responded with out of stock and i would not be able to return and expect a replacement. I tried again to contact amazon on chat and to no avail... was directed to return page with the same conclusion. Rather than go without a sofa for a period of time I have kept the sofa. I tried to ask for a discount or refund of some amount to compensate but was once again redirected to the return page. If the sofa had been in stock I would have opted for a return.

THe color was bluer than expected. I thought a dark grey would be more charcoal in color.

THe sofa is firm for seating a slightly narrow from buttock to back, it fits and looks decent so I decided to keep.
