These knives are sharp! They do everything I wanted and more. They look beautiful and are light enough they don't tire my hands. I actually bought this set because of the scissors. The scissors are ok, not as good as I hoped but the knives make up for it. I would buy these again in a heart beat. This is the best knife set I have owned.

The handles are nice! Great feel and look cool with the black wood grain. Very sharp out of the box. The kitchen shears are awesome and heavy duty.

The blades are all very thin compared to my last set ($20.00 fifteen years ago, also stainless, same # of knives but no shears.). Not well balanced and the stainless steel is lighter than expected. Can't imagine it will hold an edge for long.

The knives have been received, the quality is good, and the knives are complete. Whether it is vegetables, fruits or small bones, it can be easily handled. The knives are relatively small and suitable for girls.

I love these knives. They are very sharp and sturdy. The handles feel nice in your hand. So far I am very impressed. My only complaint is the block sits up too straight that you can't get the knives out if you have an upper cabinet. You have to pull the block forward which looks awkward on my counter.
