I have an older car with cracked leather interior and it looks kind of junky so I looked up different ways to repair the cracked leather.

This is a kit that includes many different colors in small amounts as well as a mixer container and brush. The idea is that you mix until you have the correct color, put a reinforcing back up material under the rip, and then rub this onto the rip to seal it back shut.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, this requires you to mix colors together in order to match your leather correctly. Seems easier said than done with the colors provided.

I can already tell that this won’t be a fool proof invisible repair, even on my smaller seat cracks. I am a little worried that the solution will rub off onto me when I sit in the car too.

I am not sure what the best solution is for fixing and repairing leather other than to just condition it regularly.

This is definitely NOT a product to use on suede.

I fixed a hole in my jacket and a leather seat a cat clawed up. This stuff works great and easy to use. Glad i bought this instead of paying big bucks to have a professional do it. Now I'm the professional.

Worked well enough to seal a small 1" tear in a vinyl game bench. In the application, less is more and getting a smooth surface is the key. Too much and an uneven surface will draw attention to the mend. You will need to cut a backing (backing fabric included)to insert behind the tear. If you are good at mixing colors then you can get a pretty good color match. I had to do two application. Buff out with rubbing alcohol after completely drying. It takes patience as it is a long waiting time between applications (6+ hours). Though it does not completely make the job 100% unnoticeable, it does seal the tear and keeps it from easily ripping more.
