Very good quality material. Well designed with reversible Ottoman with storage. Comfortable also. Consistent color throughout. Easy to assemble, and at age 76 it only took 45 minutes by myself. Supplier is very easy to work with...very co-operative and they do satisfy their customers.

The couch arrived ahead of schedule and all 3 boxes arrived together. Easy to assemble. No tools required. It’s really simple to reconfigure the couch how you prefer. More comfortable than I anticipated. Also, great customer service from the company. They genuine desire to see happy customers.

What a joke! Look at the pic on Amazon it makes u believe that the ottoman is connected making it a chaise but ITS not it’s a moving footstool basically! The most uncomfortable horribly put together thing I’ve ever owned! Save yourself the money get something different! I have had it a week the cushions have yet to puff up they still look like smooshed pancakes, the covers already have separations in the stitching after putting the pads into the covers. I’m so disappointed it’s just trash!

This sectional is cheaply made—even for the price. The seat, the backs of all the cushions and pillows are all backed with a fabric similar to a thicker dryer sheet and have a Velcro strip. Even during installation, the Velcro ripped at the fake fabric. You can’t flip or turn any of the pillows or seat cushions, do to the construction. It is clearly not meant for more than 2 people—assuming neither is “well upholstered”, as the wood is thin and does not support the serpentine springs well. When you consider that you could easily spend this much on a nice three day weekend, it is a bad choice.

I had a question about my order and sent an email to the Seller. The Seller responded within 30 minutes and provided tracking numbers and approx delivery date for each box. All three boxes were delivered before their expected delivery dates. The boxes were easy to move through a narrow doorway, around tight corners and down stairs. The couch was super easy to assemble and it is very comfortable. I’m small, approx 5 feet, and when I lean back my head just hits the top of the couch. It may not be the best choice for a taller person who wants to lean back since they would have no head support. It looks great in my small space and I’m very happy.

Good looking sofa but the back cushions could be better. I put in some cushion from pillows we weren’t using however if you put too much in it then there are large gaps between the cushions side by side. Didn’t take too long to assemble but does require a hand to finish. Love the fact that you can pretty much disassemble the whole sofa so cleaning isn’t too bad. You’ll never lose your pocket change or a remote anymore.
