the sofa is a beautiful color and size. it was not as dark as navy, which i was glad. shipping was very fast. packaging was great, sofa was easy to assemble. took 2 of us about 20 minutes. seating is just the right firmness for me. glad i purchased this sofa.

First off I waited in vane for them to take the money off my account so I could balance my bank book, had to complain and one day later it arrived...Please let customers know if there is a holdup, what that is...ok? and fed ex left before I could inspect. box had 3 rips and was dented but sofa was fine. Great idea to put all under inside sofa and a handy pink string attached to the hardware. pieces were all good, beautiful cinnamon color, super soft velvet, looove it. However! the 2 front legs had very thick plastic coating on them that took me 2 days to remove with a wire snips! Why put that on there??? Once off, the legs fit fine. ...whew! My hands are killing me. you will need 2 people to help lift some of the parts and slide into the clips together at the same time. I wish there would be cotton batting underneath the material of the back piece. I am 5'1" so I need more pillows behind my back, its firm but soft, The price was way too high at $566 incl tx. I have seen tons of these sofas for under $350 but cant get the cinnamon. =Quality, Average. Visually appealing, above average. ease of assembly easy but watch those plastic screw caps, they wont fit unless you remove those. Over all. Happy with it.

The performance velvet is soft and water repellant (see photo for how water beads and does not get absorbed), and I was worried about comfort after reading some of the reviews but this sofa is very comfortable! The back cushions are soft while the seat is supportively firm, not uncomfortably hard. I was able to easily assemble and move it by myself, and a petite person could sleep comfortably for a few nights on this with bedding.

I ordered the sofa in “cognac” and that is very descriptive of the color in person (see photo of arm rest). It seems to photograph a bit more tan than it actually is- I think picturing looking through a bottle of cognac will give you a good sense of the color.

The sofa is beautiful, but we’ve had it less than 3 months, and it’s broken.

The piece sits in our formal room that hardly gets used, so we’ve probably sat on it less than 5 times. It’s already broken. My husband and I are the only two people who have sat on it, and we’re both of average build. No reason for this thing to already be falling apart.

Cheap manufacturing. Cheap material. Only buy this is you plan on looking at it without sitting on it.

The color gray is true to color. I like the length of the sofa. It didn't take me very long to assemble it; instructions pretty clear. The sofa doesn't have any scratches, discolorations on the cushions or tears. It looks elegant and simple in my living room. It's sturdy but not made to sleep on it (because the cushions are sturdy and don't sink). Great sofa for the price.

I am so happy with this couch. The amazon drivers brought it into my living room and I was able to unbox/assemble my myself. The seat cushion is slightly firm but comfortable. The back cushions are perfect! The material is soft and warm. I might add additional throw pillows to the corners because the side bolster pillows don’t offer support but they look super cute.

Velvet structure makes you very comfortable. Color is the same with the picture on the website. We loved it!
