I looked at reviews beforehand and saw the complaints about running out of the wood glue before the assembly was done, so I had already purchased some extra before I started. It was a good thing I did because I definitely would have run out, so that's something to keep in mind.

I consider myself pretty handy, so the assembly wasn't that bad. It took a little over an hour, hour and a half to get finished. One drawback that others may dislike, the stickers that are designed to go over the screws to hide them look great and would conceal them nicely, if only they actually stuck. I opted to just throw them out, and I still think it looks fine. The screws are on the inside of the shelves, so it's dark in there and they're hard to see anyway.

All in all, it's a nice entertainment center, especially for the price. I think it looks nice in my living room.

My husband and I purchased this TV stand for a friends' 65" rear-projection TV we just inherited (about 45lbs) and we have to say, we absolutely love this stand! We purchased it on a Wednesday night, and instead of coming the following Tuesday as promised, it came only 2 days after we ordered it. 5 stars for shipping!!!! Came without any scratches, and was easy to put together. It took my husband about 1 1/2 hours to fully install it, and that was because he's a carpenter and took the necessary time to glue everything properly and make sure it was built sturdy. I read the reviews about the quality being poor and the veneer looking shabby, but let me tell you truthfully - IT LOOKS GREAT. Like an expensive piece of wood furniture! If I had any cons to report, it would be that 1-there is not nearly enough wood glue that comes with the parts (which was not a problem since my husband has bottles of it at home) and 2-the circular stickers added to hide the screws didn't stay on very well, so make sure to use glue on them as well. Problem solved. One of the best purchases we've ever made online!

I was worried when I received this because the box was damaged in places. When I opened it, however, I inspected every piece thoroughly and found no damage whatsoever, not even a scratch. The box had clearly been thrown around so the packaging was effective. It also came two days earlier than I was expecting. As far as assembly goes, it took me under two hours to put it together by myself and I have very little experience building things. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, all the parts and hardware (some extra) were included and clearly labeled, and all the holes, bolts and screws were lined up perfectly. The only extra tool I needed was a Phillips screwdriver.

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because the product is advertised as "wood." The material is MDF and laminate, not a hardwood like I was expecting. It has the appearance of wood and looks decent enough, but when you touch it you can tell it's a cheaper material. This probably seems petty considering the price, but I just wanted other people to be aware. It seems sturdy so far, but I'm not sure how well it will hold up to normal wear and tear because I just got it.

Overall I'm happy with this purchase and would buy from this company again.

Edit: After 3 months this has held up quite well. A few of the stickers covering the screws have fallen off but other than that it still looks new and is very easy to clean.

Well, this was a disaster.

I'm not one to turn my nose at cheap, put it together yourself furniture. I love it, I really do. This, however, was the worst experience I've ever had. The included screws, bolts, wood pieces, etc. were so weak that the screws stripped immediately upon beginning to tighten and the cam locks split into two or three pieces when tightened. The wood split in so many places.

It sure did look nice coming out the box. The materials included are sub par, however, and, I can only imagine, dangerous. Promptly returned for a refund from Amazon.

The TV Stand arrived very well packaged, although it will take two people to carry the box. Assembly from start to finish took me 1 hour by myself. I had a few dowels, screws, etc leftover, although I followed the instructions perfectly so I assume those were just extras. The stand is very solid and stable once assembled. I have a 10-year old 50 inch plasma TV (it weighs a lot) on this stand and it doesn't show any signs of give. I would (and have already) recommended this TV stand. I shopped around for a month and did all my research and for the price point, you can't go wrong with this one.

I love this tv stand. The stand is exactly as pictured and shipping and delivery was FAST. It took about an hour to put together and it's very sturdy. Great quality and great price. My "50 flat screen fits wonderfully on it. My only precaution is that if you buy it, it may be helpful to have someone around to help you lift it into your house. Package is close to 80lbs.

I have never build anything in my life. I am not handy with any tools. But this was a piece of cake to build.
It only took me like 2 hours by myself. My sister did help me prep and checked if I had all the stuff.
It got delivered within two days of my order and I am suppperr satisfied with it.
The tv looks really nice on top and it feels at home in my apartment.

It took me a lttlle over 2 hours to install it myself. It looks great, perfect height and length. Yes, there were some scratches and marks but nothing a little black sharpie couldn't fix. I'm very happy with my purchase, the TV looks great on it and my living room looks more modern. Got the charcoal color.

Wonderful entertainment stand! Got it on Thursday & assembled it on Saturday. Looks fantastic in my apartment. It can handle up to a 58" so I guess I'll have to upgrade my "beetle" of a 28" inch flatscreen then Lol! :D :D The unit is easy to put together & very high quality. Very well packaged to take bumps on deliveries.Very happy I got this to replace my old unit.
