The parts were not marked, the pieces are extremely hard to line up, the screws would not go in straight...I'm so mad right now. I have a elderly mother that now has to sleep on the couch because this item is so difficult to put together and I have already gotten rid of my queen bed and box spring. I can't lift this thing up to return it...now I'm gonna have to pay some one to put this bed together. I'm so disappointed with this product.

Previously I had a metal frame bed also, but the frame was thin and after awhile the frame started to bend and squeak. I bought this new frame and the metals are stronger because it was thicker and the design look stylish. There are no rough edges so the chance of accidentally running into the bed header and footer at night. I feel the height of the bed is just right. Sometimes my 4 year old son comes on the bed as well and he can easily climb up and down the bed. Some of the aspect that I don’t feel is positive is that there are many pieces and it took me around 2 hours to put together. Some parts of the frame did not fit well as it was kind of tight so I had to use a hammer to put it in place. The tools that was supplied with the frame was small so I had to use my own tools and setup went faster. But after the setup of the frame, I still like the bed. It was comfortable and strong.

I want to start by saying this is a revised review. After some fairly significant issues, the company I ordered from worked with me and we reached a solution very quickly. So initial issues aside, I am reviewing the frame AFTER the fact. I will say that it is definitely worth it providing there are no issues. My initial issues were a late delivery, and missing parts. The delivery is unrelated to the product itself, so I will not be rating against it for that. The lack of a 5th star is for the missing parts on my specific order. Now let's move on.

To clarify, the listing and the images show that the frame is a 14 inch lift. Let me warn you now, that it IS NOT. It is only a 12 inch lift. Anything taller than 12 inches WILL NOT fit under the frame. The frame comes with adjustable heights, 9 inch and 12 inch. If you can deal with 12 inch max lift, then you have nothing to worry about here.

The instructions with the frame are POOR. However they are easy to figure out once you spend a minute looking at what you have available. The head-board and foot-board can be attached in 2 directions, bolts out, or bolts in. I suggest facing them out because they could snag sheets or your mattress otherwise. Not a con at all, just an observation.

People have mentioned missing holes and creaking sounds. After my frame was assembled I can report that I have experienced neither of these issues. The frame is rock solid and silent. The paint finish is a bit rough in some places, but if you choose your part locations carefully you shouldn't have a problem.

Lastly, if you are not scared of having to make a trip to a home store to buy any missing nuts or bolts should that happen. As well as being a bit handy with tools like a rubber mallet and a drill if you're missing a hole or two. You will love this frame. I am sure the missing holes and missing parts are probably minor occurrences. Mine came missing some nuts and bolts but everything else was fine. I've read other reviews of having all the nuts and bolts but missing other parts, so your mileage may vary.

All in all, this is a great frame. Solid, nice looking, and easy to assemble if you just pay attention to what you have. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't hesitate to buy a second one. The initial frustration of missing parts and slow shipping was just a minor hiccup I can forgive at this point.

1. The product came to me after having obviously been shipped back to the seller. The bag of nuts and bolts had been ripped open and were scattered everywhere throughout the box. 2. This unit in particular was likely returned due to missing parts and or bad machining. After about 6 hours of messing with it and trips to lowes to make it work, I finally got the bed put together just to realize that...3...there's actually only 12 inches of clearance versus the suggested 14. Doesn't sound like a terribly huge deal but we are short on space and purchased this unit to store bins under our bed and the bins are just a little too tall because of a missing 2 inches of clearance. It seems like a solid enough build but honestly I would have rather spent the extra money for something with better quality control and more honest advertising. This is is cheap for a reason I suppose. Not a bad product if you get lucky but I certainly didn't. Willing to amend my review to 3 or even 4 stars based on how their customer service responds to this.

At first I was super excited to get this bed frame, I thought the price was great and it was a bonus that it had a cute headboard attached. Sadly I was wrong!!! FIRST, this bedframe didn't have ANY parts labelled, no numbers or letters, nothing. NEXT, the bedframe was overly spray painted so it made it difficult to put together. THEN to top it off the order was missing 6 hardware pieces (nuts). So frustrating. I emailed the seller and they asked me to send them a photo of my problem, which I found funny, **okay, let me send you a photo of a hole where I'm supposed to put a nut in, a nut that is missing, along with 5 other nuts that are missing!!** Smh. So I'll be waiting on the next reply. I needed to get this bed put together quickly for my loved one so waiting on ANOTHER email plus also waiting on the replacement pieces would have just taken too long. With that said I went to my local store to grab some nuts so I could get the bed finished. I'm not happy with this purchase, it was a headache and with this covid crap going on, I try to limit my outtings for necessities... Ordering this bed frame was just a
inconvenience really.

It took me an hour to put all pieces together.Not hard to assemble, but it's a full size bed frames, there are definitely little lots of works to do. Tall enough to slip boxes under. Short enough to sit on the mattress easily. So far so good, I'd have no trouble sleeping in this bed every night.
