First off, the drawer package came first then 2 days later the actual platform package came in. The bed frame itself is decently sturdy, soft material, and good color and design. It's fairly easy to assemble (no power tools-all tools included) however it is time consuming (roughly 2-3 hours.) Now the cons of this platform. The second picture is one of the drawer sides thats missing a latch for the wheels. So now I have one drawer with 3 wheels instead of 4. The 3rd picture is the plastic end caps for the wood support. Its a thin plastic material, which isn't a huge deal. The issue is the wood itself. It doesn't offer a whole lot of support and lacks sturdiness. I foresee one of these beams breaking in the near future. Also, not a huge fan of the drawers. They DO NOT ATTACH to the bed. They just roll under the bed. You "lock" the drawer with the screw in picture #4 and #5. You basically push the drawer all the way back, lift up slightly and push it down to lock it in place. Basically this bed frame is decent which is why I gave it a 3 star review. The QC for this company is lacking. I was missing a wooden beam and a latch for a wheel. The plastic end caps and wood beams are filmsy. Other than that its a decent and visually appealing platform. Once they send me a correct piece for the drawer and a wooden beam, i'll give it a 5 star review. Then it will be a good value for the money.

UPDATE: Seller has contacted me and sent replacement parts. Their response was timely and customer service is good. I have changed my 3 star review into a 5 star.

I bought the thing at the end from home depot but the bed itself is great. one of the pieces that attaches to the headboard had holes that didn't line up but the rest was great. took about 3 hours to put together but was easily distracted by tv the whole time. was able to do it by myself as a small female.

It came on time. We actually bought 2 different bed frames from this company and we love it. We love that this comes with 4 drawers. We didn't have any problem with installation. We just followed the instructions. The quality is good and its a nice bed frame (as shown in picture) and the grey color matches our new house. My son is happy. We highly recommend!

So I got a box with no instructions.....I stated my case and to my surprise the company reacted as quickly as possible further more the bed itself really is everything I wanted measurements were spot on and assembly was not to bad I would buy again from this company no issues.

This bed took two of us a couple of hours to assemble. There are some typos in the assembly instructions but if you follow the pictures, it wasn't too difficult. The bed seems sturdy, it is not wobbly or creaky. The headboard isn't very big if you have a box spring. I like the bed and the built in storage.

I received my order today, January 11th. The delivery date it said when I placed the order was January 25th, so it was a pleasant surprise it came so quickly. It arrived in two boxes, one for the frame and the next for the drawers. Putting the frame together was very easy and the directions were basic to follow. I didn't get lost at all, and it only took a couple of hours to put it together fully by myself, and that included taking a few breaks in between.

Now, the reason why I'm giving this product a 4 star instead of a 5 star...when I opened the directions for the drawers, the screws and such were all labeled incorrectly in the pictures, causing for massive confusion on my end. I took me a bit of time to realize that they were just mislabeled, which was frustrating because the frame itself already took so much time to put together and I was ready to be done. There were pieces labeled as things that weren't even listed in the "make sure you have everything" section at the beginning! After figuring out the issue, however, it was simple to put together. Though, the drawers are rather tedious, since you have to screw on each wheel by hand, but that was the longest process and once you were done doing that it was a cake walk.

All in all, the only issue I had was the drawer directions being messed up. I would buy this again even knowing that. Definitely recommend.
