Easy, straightforward assembly, no extra tools needed. The box came with everything required to put the bed together, and clearly labeled all the parts, many parts they were. I put it together earlier today in ~3 hours and am excited for my first night’s sleep on my new bed.

Customer service is great, I had a question about the parts and heard back from Rachel within 12 hours. Quick, friendly resolution for my new bed.

My sister helped me put this together for my son. We had no issues with the assembly and got it set up pretty quickly. We agreed the finished product was exactly what you'd expect for the price paid.
A little over a month later and the frame is sturdy as the first day. Hasn't become squeaky or wobbly. It's mainly my 9 yr old son's bed. Occasionally his older brother (13yrs old) sleeps on it. He has a friend around the same age that has also used it a couple times when spending the night with us. No complaints !
I think it's probably best in this case to also mention that we are all on the slightly larger side and it's held up wonderfully for us, so far! I would definitely recommend

I haven't had a bed with a bed frame in a while and my shins are bruised to all heck to prove it! The frame has legs that stick up right below knee level that my entire house keeps bumping into or tripping over.
This bed is sturdy and wasn't too hard to build.
Definitely a two person build.

The bed arrived 3 days early which was great. My daughter and I were able to put the bed together in about 2 hours. The pieces were well labeled and the directions were easy to follow. Only two issues we had with the assembly was the center support bar. We ended up installing it upside down because it did not note a specific way to put and the screw/nut combo to install the center support legs were so difficult to tighten and is what ended up taking most of our time. Since we installed the center bar upside down, we ended up having to tight them twice.

The bed overall is nice, my daughter likes it. It is pretty creeky when she moves on it and kept her up the first two nights. It is a solid bed for the price and looks nice. I like the black metal and dark grey headboard. We plan to put storage drawers/baskets underneath.

This bed was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a metal frame for sturdiness and so the cats would not destroy, but still wanted an upholstered head board for looks and comfort. This is perfect. I also did not want a footboard, but this has just a little lip at the end to hold the mattress in place which is beyond perfect. Only subtracting one star because I wish the headboard was made a little more sturdy. It is very light and almost flimsy. I also wish it was a bit taller as there is almost nothing to it once a mattress is on. Overall, this was a great buy and worth the $.

Firstly I would like to say how great their customer service is to deal with.

It was relatively easy to put together with my teenagers and took us no more than an hour to put together. I was also impressed with the way the screws and the tools were in a pack with everything separated and labeled to make it super easy to match up with the instructions.
There were quite a few parts but after we had them all separated by letters it was easy to figure out how to move forward.

The only issue I had and it was kind of a big problem was that after we had it about 80% put together, we were went to screw the side rails to the headboard and the holes were drilled wrong. There was no way to do it by hand and I was fortunate to have had a drill and bit that worked to get it in.
I did inform the company and they asked for pictures which I sent since you could clearly see they had been drilled since there was a little metal shavings around it. They were very accommodating and said they would inform the manufacturer.

It is very sturdy and my daughter loves it. It's very elegant for it being such a modern design in my opinion.

Was a little apprehensive since the seller didn't have much reviews but they came through without any issues. Bed frame came early and setup was easy. Bed frame is well designed and the quality was much better than I expected. All the parts were well labeled and the prep of all screw holes and other assembly prep were well thought out and fully prepped for easy setup. Product is very sturdy and exactly what I needed.

I purchased this bed for my 10 year old son. It was delivered sooner than we’d planned. It was also very easy for my husband to put together alone. Only took around40 minutes. It’s very sturdy and doesn’t make sounds when moving on the mattress. The only downfall I have found is that I would like the rails to be a bit taller to hold the mattress in place. We have the bed against a wall but if it wasn’t, the mattress would slid off when getting onto the bed. It could also be that my son’s mattress is very think. All in all, I would purchase it again.
