I have a smaller scale perfect for coffee measuring that will read to an accuracy of .10 gram. This one is equally impressive for a larger capacity scale, reading to .10 ounce. It’s the size of an iPad yet is thin and easy to store. It accurately reads up to 22 pounds. It’s so good that if I decide to go on a diet, I just might hop on for a ride! It’s a “HIGH FIVE RATING!”

The scale I received at first would sometimes vary the weight measurement by 2-5 grams, I reached out to customer service- they asked for a video, and I provided one I just took from my cell phone. They agreed it was unacceptable, apologized, and asked me if I wanted a replacement (for free) and/or a refund for the inconvenience. I asked for a replacement, and it was shipped immediately and I received it two days later. Completely free of charge. I did not even have to return my first purchased one. Bella was the customer service representative helping me, and this was the best customer care I have received. I absolutely recommend trying the scale because if there is a flaw or issue with the product, they will send a new one within two days for no extra cost! Or they’ll give a refund, if it’s preferred.

Great scale - it performs the basic functions I needed in a kitchen scale (mainly for baking and dieting). It came with the added benefits of holding up to 22lbs (my last scale did not so it’s nice to be able to use anything in my kitchen to measure stuff into/on to) and has even more units of measurement. Great scale. The on/off is better than my last scale also. This one actually stays off after you hit ‘off’.

My scale fell and broke. Needed a new one ASAP. The scale is so sleek and easy to use. I love that it has a separate tare button. I was looking for a scale that does “ml” weight and this one has that option. Very happy with purchase.

Since I've been home during the pandemic, I, like many others, have been doing more baking - in particular bread. I got this after rekindling my interest in sourdough baking. Since I haven't really baked that much before, I was content just using my standard measuring cup. When I started using this, I noticed there can be a big difference between grams and cups. I must say I was hesitant to use this scale right away because I thought it would have a big learning curve. However, I was up and running in minutes. It was easy to make my plate a "0" and begin they weighing process. I just finished baking a zucchini sourdough quick loaf and it came out much better than my previous attempts without weighing ingredients. I like the look of this scale and think I'll get a lot of use out of it.

Several things I like - The solid glass top (no food to get into the working controls). The light STAYS on for a lot longer than my previous scale. I weigh my food for weight control, and I am glad that the ounces only go to tenths instead of hundredths of ounces. Seems sensitive, and I've only had once when I put something on the scale and it turned off a second later. I bought two of these scales. To be honest, I have only used these for one day, but I am pleased. I was pleased to know there is a lifetime warranty too!
UPDATE*** I've been using these for about 10 days now (I bought two). I LOVE them! Great buy. They work great. SO easy to clean. Could not be happier. I am recommending them to friends already!!! BUY THIS SCALE!

The single glass surface is the best feature of this scale. We replaced an old plastic scale that had multiple surfaces between the plate for the scale and the section that holds the readout and buttons. Wasn't always easy to clean. The readout is large and easy to read as well and the simple functions are perfect. Overall the scale seems well built and is elegant compared to the old one we replaced. The size is large enough to accommodate all of our mixing bowls. I have not laid a plate on it yet but suspect that one will cover the readout and buttons so the plan is to place a bowl on it and lay the plate on the bowl to raise it above the readout. I can't say that's a flaw in the design however because I wouldn't want a larger scale on the counter and would much rather have the single surface for it's elegance and ease of cleaning.

Purchased in Dec 2020 and in January it started acting up and wouldn’t weigh, tare, turn off, etc. Changed batteries per other reviews, still nothing. Sent an email to the service department on the back of the scale with the order ID and a pic of what it was doing. Within hours they responded and had already shipped a new scale. Received a day later and it is working perfectly. Service is exceptional, no hassle, they just made it right.
