Firstly they were bigger than I expected. I thought three in a pack, they may be smaller. But they are not. They are same regular size and length as other kitchen scissors. But little bit less weight. I measured them they are 84g each.
Second they are quite tight and little bit challenge to open to use in the beginning. I guess that may happen to all new scissors.
They are not the Very sharp types. But work well for me to cut the baby food. (too tight though)
So Overall. They are OK. NOT the best but well worthy the price you pay.
If you're looking for a great pair of kitchen shears, these will make you happy. They are sharp, solid and -- best of all -- dishwasher safe. I use them for cutting meat, vegetables, wrappers, and occasionally paper. I expect them to last a long time.
Kitchen shears are the kind of thing I think it makes sense to have several of. These were a great price for 3 pair. The herb stripper is an awesome bonus. They’re stiff enough to feel sturdy, but not so much so that it’s a problem. They’re surprisingly sharp. I’d definitely buy more if I find myself in need.
The scissors are a little tight, hard to open and close. I have RA and they are hard for me to use because of that. They are plenty sharp.. I did put some oil on but didn't help.
You can't beat these kitchen scissors for the price. They are heavy duty but light weight comfortable to use and work amazing! I have had all the different expensive name brand ones over the years and I prefer these.
These are nice kitchen scissors. I love having multiple pairs. They're not really sturdy enough to use for other things, like outside, trimming flowers, etc., but great in the kitchen. Love the multiple colors of them.
A great pair of kitchen scissors and the fact that they are dishwasher safe only adds to their quality. I haven't had them long enough to review their durability, but the sturdiness of the scissors and the manufacturing quality would seem to make it a long lasting fit in the kitchen! A good value and I would definitely buy these again or recommend them.
Update: Last night, when cutting a piece of bone, the shears broke apart. Hmmm. Great for meat but not for bone.
We use this for processing wild game (mainly pheasant and geese) and just about any other heavy duty need for scissors. The three pack means we will never have to search for scissors again. In fact, just to make sure, I'm ordering another pack!
