These are some of the most kitcheniest towels that I have ever had in my kitchen. Are they absorbent? Yeah, they absorb stuff if it's liquid. Are they durable? Yeah, they didn't explode in the washer and scrub stuff pretty well. Are they decorative? Yeah, they've got a neat design and the color scheme could pretty much fit with any kitchen. Would I recommend them? Sure, why not? They're kitchen towels...
First one to review these towels and ill say I think they will work out pretty good. We all have our standards and these might be too thin or feel cheap for some. The price is right for me and so is the quality. I absolutely love the colors! I plan to buy more!
I usually don't trust cheaper kitchen towels because they are notorious for having almost hydrophobic properties, but these are actually incredible in durability and absorbency for the price. I would buy them in more colors if they were available. Some of the threads have pulled, but there are no holes in the towels yet. They have survived a few cycles in the washer/dryer. I would gift or suggest these to college students or people who are trying to furbish their new home (like we were!). The towels are normal sized kitchen towels - the pictures make them seem like they are smaller.
The photograph makes these towels look like the colors are naturally subtly colors of nature: twigs, raspberries, blackberries, wheat - understand that these are not naturally dyed but they look like they have been. In reality, they are dull with only very faint colors. The way they are folded in the photo makes them look almost twice as thick as they are so they are not as absorbent as I expected. I am going to keep them because a towel is a towel and I am in need new ones. These towels look well stitched and will probably last a long enough time. They’re fine.
I ordered these and washed them right away. Nice and think. held their shape. Looked every bit as nice as they did prior to the initial wash. I love the colors. I'm definitely ordering more.
These are a great size, attractive to leave out, clean and dry well, and launder easily as well.
These towels look nice and are a great color, but are not very soft and are a little scratchy. They aren't the best at absorbing water either. I've had these for a month now and they have been washes several times. They tend to hold stains as well. Overall, an ok towel.
These shrank one inch in each direction when washed. They aren't particular pretty, they're not kitchen towels, but they are practical and useful dish towels.
Shrunk after washing drying. Not as thick and absorbent as expected.
