So far so good! Easy to assemble, 2 person job. Fits very small apartment. Wall behind sofa, approximately 8 ft. - to under 9 ft wide. Person sitting with jeans 179 pounds, about 5 ft 7 in. Hope this helps someone.

Wow, just wow! After ordering a couch from Hayneedle, as well as other items, and FedEx LOSING it (how do you lose a 140 lb couch??), I vowed to never purchase furniture through a retailer that would ship via FexEx ever again. With that being said, I spent a ton of time combing Amazon for a comparable couch for a reasonable price. This was the only couch that even remotely resembles what I wanted that was under 1k, but I have to admit I was very hesitant to purchase. It simply seemed too good to be true, as so many things so often are. You guys- I am blown away by the quality of this couch. I am presently laying down on it as I write this review. The assembly is a breeze and it truly doesn’t look like I just pulled it out of a box 30 minutes ago. For around $400, you simply can’t go wrong with this! I highly recommend it to anyone who is hesitant about buying an inexpensive couch through Amazon!

The couch was easy to assemble. You definitely need one other person to help you assemble it together. The instructions were very clear to understand. All the parts that came in the box were all organized. We live in a one bedroom/one bath apartment so the loveseat is just the right size for our living room. The sofa is very compact and not heavy at all.

I was also satisfied that the back cushions have zippers attached to the sofa. They stay firmly in place. We recommend anyone who lives in a one bedroom/studio specifically to purchase this sofa.

We purchased this love seat to complement our living room furniture. At a $250 price point, our expectations going into our furniture search were not exceptionally high, but boy did this love seat deliver! It’s modern design is slim yet comfortable, and it has lots of intuitive features: The back pillows zip on and off, the back and side pieces use brackets to slide firmly into place, yet are easy to disassemble, the whole thing can be put together or disassembled by a single person in minutes without tools, and all the pieces can be stored in the bottom for easy moving from place to place.

While we own our home and love this piece as a compliment to our current furniture, it would be great for someone in college or who plans to move two or three times while keeping some furniture pieces. Disassembled it is small and easy to transport, and fits easily through doors and small hallways. I think the price point we purchased it at is a steal for the quality of the piece, and we are highly satisfied with it. Would highly recommend!!!

I was worried if the couch would be TOO green. NO! The grey with a hint of green color is BEAUTIFUL. I am so glad that I went with this color and not the light grey! I was really impressed with the packaging. I was wondering how they would ship a couch via mail. Since I don't drive, this was the only way to purchase a couch and I'm so glad that I gave Amazon a chance. Everything came in one box. All parts even the tools were enclosed in one of the couch parts. I can tell that they made this couch for the purpose of selling these things online. Assembly was also unconventional. The pillows and seats were compressed, so when I opened them up, they had to decompress. It was neat to see these things put together into a legit sofa. I'm debating to buy the loveseat that matches this one. Once I move to a bigger place, I'll definitely order the loveseat. Hope this product lasts till then.

Pros: The sofa arrived in a neat package and easily fit up my narrow apartment staircase and door. Assembly was straightforward and quick. The sofa looks great in my living room. The color is true to picture, not super green. Fabric is durable but rough.

Cons: The seats are very poorly cushioned. I can feel almost every individual spring through the seat. I predict it will not be long before the back cushions lose their shape and the seat springs push up through the fabric. Definitely not comfortable for long periods of time.

7 month update: officially regret buying this sofa. I can now see the springs outlined in the cushions due to sparse cushioning and regular use. I don't even use this sofa that often - I prefer the ground over this uncomfortable sofa. I expected better from zinus :(

I was worried when ordering these online and without having seen these in person, but I've heard of this company before and it's good reviews. Wonderful buy. The sofa isn't too soft, and isn't too firm. Color is as depicted online. I often work from home, and I'm glad the seats don't make me sink in so much -- I can sit comfortably and with good posture on these, but able to rest nicely on them too! Also, I wanted something that would be easier to clean. Glad to find the slot in between the seats is well stitched and not so deep either. Easy to pick up any little things that may fall in (and same goes for the sides by the arm rest). No more cell-phone-eating sofas. Personally like that I could unzip the back pillows for the back too. I'm so glad I got this couch !

Arrived within a few days, put it together (alone) within 15 minutes. Went with the hint of green and it's beautiful! The couch isn't necessarily substantial but it's a good value for the money, perfect for a small space and easy to lay down on for a nap. It's firm but comfortable. The hint of green version is still more gray, in some light it almost looks more like a denim color. They really got the color right, very appealing! Just got it and set up yesterday, will have to follow up on durability.

I have to admit that this couch was good for the first month and a half. And then I felt the disappointment. This was a house warming gift from my mother to my wife and I. We wanted something small and that could fit in our small house for a year at max. This couch seemed to fit in we’ll and had a nice finish/ texture to it.

Three and a half months later I very much regret getting this couch. There is no back support whatsoever as the cushions that you sit on lost all support and firmness. The center seems to be caving in and I’m already thinking of ways to add support to its cushions. The back is also too short, even for a short person like myself. It is so hard find a comfortable position where you can have proper upper shoulder/neck support.

To add, the material used for the cushion and couch material seems to add a lot more static on me. I cover the cushions and pads with a small blanket to make it more comfortable and less ”shocky”.

one star for the fact that It’s comfortable however to sleep on for a short nap.

I just feel sad that this ended up being a gift from my mother who doesn’t work anymore and spent what is a fair deal for her on this not so worth it couch. I wish I can return it...

The back cushions aren't great for support and uncomfortable. Even if you add extra pillows for back support, it shortens the sitting area due to it being shallow. This is not a good couch for lounging and relaxing on. The fabric is also a bit scrathy.
