Wow, just wow! After ordering a couch from Hayneedle, as well as other items, and FedEx LOSING it (how do you lose a 140 lb couch??), I vowed to never purchase furniture through a retailer that would ship via FexEx ever again. With that being said, I spent a ton of time combing Amazon for a comparable couch for a reasonable price. This was the only couch that even remotely resembles what I wanted that was under 1k, but I have to admit I was very hesitant to purchase. It simply seemed too good to be true, as so many things so often are. You guys- I am blown away by the quality of this couch. I am presently laying down on it as I write this review. The assembly is a breeze and it truly doesn’t look like I just pulled it out of a box 30 minutes ago. For around $400, you simply can’t go wrong with this! I highly recommend it to anyone who is hesitant about buying an inexpensive couch through Amazon!

I was worried when ordering these online and without having seen these in person, but I've heard of this company before and it's good reviews. Wonderful buy. The sofa isn't too soft, and isn't too firm. Color is as depicted online. I often work from home, and I'm glad the seats don't make me sink in so much -- I can sit comfortably and with good posture on these, but able to rest nicely on them too! Also, I wanted something that would be easier to clean. Glad to find the slot in between the seats is well stitched and not so deep either. Easy to pick up any little things that may fall in (and same goes for the sides by the arm rest). No more cell-phone-eating sofas. Personally like that I could unzip the back pillows for the back too. I'm so glad I got this couch !

Very quick delivery! The was very compact and every item was nicely packaged. There were no damage in transit which I was very thankful for. The setup was just as simple. The parts were all included and the directions were very easy to follow. The entire setup from opening the package to end took only about 30 minutes with 2 people. That is the fastest building time for a sofa that I have ever experienced.

The cushions are comfortable and the color was as shown in the pictures. The sofa goes very well with any wall color. The texture of the cloth is very nice and you can feel the quality of the material. Looking forward to having friends and family enjoy the sofa as well!

Horrible purchase
This has to be the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on in my life.
I've owned the sofa for a week and it's already showing signs of wear... It arrived damaged with a hole in the fabric
The cushions are already sagging after a weak and I'm not even a heavy person ... line also arrived missing rear/back cushions
This sofa makes cracking sounds when you sit on it and move around well sitting on it.
I don't have anything positive to say about this sofa so I'm attempting to find a big enough cardboard box to possibly return it. If I could give any advice it would be please do not purchase the sofa you will regret every dollar you spent on it.

Sofa arrived today. Put it together on my own in 15 mins from opening the box to it being assembled. Assembly required no tools and was as simple as clipping the two arms to the main base, the back to the base and zipping the two back pillows to the back of the sofa. Each part of the sofa was light enough to lift on my own (I'm at 26 year old female).

I have had the love seat for a little over a month. I really liked it in the biginning. Now I can feel every spring in the seat. I am VERY disappointed in it, especially since I am the only person that uses it on a daily basis, plus I have the Zinus mattress, and it is the best mattress that I have ever owned. I didn't expect a high end loveseat for the price that I paid, but, I also didn't expect to have to sit on pillows to be comfortable on a love seat that I haven't even had for 2 months.

Where are the rest of the components? Literally. I got the box into my apartment and after reading the reviews, I figured this would take me 20 minutes and need someone to help me. I have back problems too so I was expecting alan wrenches and everything else. No. :)

The only thing I had to consult the instructions on was "Where are the rest of the components? I only see the middle section and the back of the couch!" Well, pull the velcro on the bottom and they're all tucked inside. No tools needed. I screwed in the feet to the ends, and the rest slid into place.

It clearly doesn't look like an expensive couch, but I needed a couch and didn't have a lot of money. I suspect this couch will probably last a year or two at the most, but the best parts are: very easy to assemble, cushions stick to the back with velcro (nice), and the bottom cushions are a solid and firm piece.

I was going to get a futon but I think this is a bit more to what I need. As I write this, the cat just walked over to the couch to "inspect" it. He has just claimed the left cushion as his and is lying on it as I write this. Meanwhile, this is probably the easiest piece of furniture I've ever assembled.

Obsessed with my new couch! I live in a small New York City apartment on a 6th floor walkup, so finding a couch that would fit the space and that I could also get up the stairs was HUGE! I was able to fit the 71 in couch in my living area and it is big enough to fit 3 people. Love the finished back to the couch, as well as the zippers that attach the sofa cushions to the back of the sofa. I was able to open the box easily in the lobby and carry up the pieces one at a time. Definitely need two people to assemble, but it took about 10 minutes total.

I was wary of this purchase and thought it was too good to be true. But it is exactly as pictured!! HIGHLY recommend this couch for someone not trying to spend a fortune on a couch. It is also very comfy!

Forget IKEA sofas. This one is much better value for the money and more comfortable
