Took a little longer to ship than expected, but their customer service responded quickly and gave a nice shipping credit. The product came well packaged & the instructions were easy to follow. Took about an hour to put everything together. It goes a lot quicker if you use a ratchet instead of the included allen wrenches. It is comfortable, but would be nicer if the chair cushions were a little thicker. Looks to be the same or similar product that you'll find in the big box stores, but with a much nicer price. It was worth the wait.

I ordered a month ago, just set it up on my enclosed porch yesterday. The product had the best packaging and was easy to assemble, everything is alphabetized and the tool is included along with step by step instructions. You can arrange the chairs any way you like. They set is very sturdy. The cushion have zippers and is washable. There was an issue with shipping that was neglect of the delivery company. Which was out of The seller control. Seller communicated letting me know specfics and reshipped timely. I didnt have to wait they expidited the shipping. I am so happy with my product it is exactly what I wanted.

Good quality and was fairly easy to assemble. The cushions are thin but still comfortable. Overall very happy with purchase. Came in 2 boxes & packaged amazingly well, nothing was damaged.
