Very bad quality product, besides has arrived all dusty. It was easy to assemble,
but took another 20 minutes to vaccum it. .... The fabric on the bottom part is super thin and only after assembly I have noticed that it was already torn!!!!
Thinking about replacing or returning, but it would be such a headache to put it back in to the box....
Definitely doesn't worth 400$.... wouldn't give more than 200$ for this....

Bought this futon almost 7 months ago. The cushion is just about flat! You have to literally sit very gently. Was fine when I first received it. Big disappointment and beyond returning! Now when it click into to be a bed for my guests, they are sleeping crooked, not being able to lay flat without rolling into the sitting side of the couch. And No, I’m. It heavy!

I needed an office bed for when company shows. The thickness is not as shown in their photoes. Thinner. Not uncomfortable, but could have been better. Added a pillow top and it worked great. Hard to find sheets to fit.

Nice looking and easy to assemble. Easily adjusts from seat to bed. Lots of supportive cushion. Quite comfortable. Seems sturdy enough for kids or non-obese adult.

Bought this for our office as a couch and when we had an occasional guest stay over. With Covid our college student came home and has been using this as her bed the past 4 weeks. She said she gets good sleep on it and it's very comfortable. It's comfortable as a couch and a bed, love this addition and to our office. Easy to change from couch to bed and would recommend this.

Arrived Missing all hardware and the rear legs and floor protectors and there were no instructions or manual. This company's info on amazon site is wrong - the Amazon rep could not even contact the company for me. I spent hours on this. Amazon is sending me a new one - the one I got then is what ...garbage? It is a really good and good looking and comfortable ( I think anyway) futon - just perfect - but whoa - this is a really wasteful and stupid way to proceed.

Update - without amazon I found company info and contacted them and they are sending the parts . Good news if the parts come. Meanwhile I cannot cancel the replacement sent by amazon - they do t give me the option. I could return it but how- it’s heavy and awkward. I guess I’ll have to refuse delivery. Anyway the saga continues ....

Ok. So I left my number to Amazon and expecting they will call me when it arrived(that what they say on the website). But they didn't and the futon was delivered to a different building and I had to carry it back. The futon appeared to be brown rather than ’charcoal black as described. Plus there's to scratch marks on the material. I was expecting the scratch marks because I like the rustic look.... It's now bad but just now what I was expecting.

Nicer quality than I thought it would be for the price. Perfect for the mancave we were putting it in! It was very easy to assemble. My husband made me put it together and I had no problems. You had to feel for the holes through the fabric and then I just punched a hole with a scissors when I found it and screwed it in.
