Just received this today they seem very sturdy I wish the whole thing was made in Japan instead of just the blades.
Much better than my kitchen aid scissors! The larger scissors are sharp, give precise cuts, and durable so far. The other smaller pair of herb scissors are just okay, not easy to clean. Anyway, I think the larger scissors alone are worth the price.
The scissors are heavy duty and feel like they could chop your finger right off. Nice quality scissors. The chopping scissors seem a little pointless. The blades are too close together top get anything between them to actually chop. They just kinda mush the herbs together.
These scissors are amazing, they are super sharpe and are good weight
Easy task of cutting chicken in half. Herb scissors make cutting herbs, especially green onions, fast and easy too. No big slices. Uniform cuts every time.
These are solid shears, I was surprised by the quality of the build and the overall weight. I dropped a star on the review because the nut/bolt that holds the blade has shown a bit of rust which I didn't expect with stainless steel shears, other than that, no blemishes and staying sharp.
used to spatchcock an 18 lb turkey. worked well.
The scissors are very well made, nice and sturdy, durable and seem to keep an edge pretty well. The “Free” scissors meant for chopping herbs are junky though, but I didn’t buy it for those.
