I am in love with this couch. It has style, it's exotics, soft, durable. This product was made with quality, although it does have a toughness. I dont know if thats because it needs to be broken in. Or if it is tuff so it doesn't wear in the center of the cushions. Overall for my apartment living it has well over exceeded my expectations. I would recommend and I would buy again.

I loved it! It wasn’t hard to assemble at all. I thought it would a little more comfy and many a couple more inches higher. The price was great and the delivery was quick. The only thing and the reason I give it a 4 is because the bottom part where it brings all the materials to put it together was broken. Other than that very pleased!

It is very much like it is in the picture. However, in the description it states that the Ottoman has storage which it does not. The hardware and legs were not in a zipper under the couch. Instead there was a rip in the mesh material underneath that held the legs and hardware. There is nothing that fastens the chase to the couch piece which could be good or bad. There are no words on the instructions just very hard to decipher diagrams. The furniture itself is firm, the velvet is nice and soft. it is what I expected except for the fact that I was disappointed that I did not have storage and that there was a rip on the underside which may not seem like a big deal but, you can see the material hanging from the bottom which does not look very good. Of course I will probably end up cutting it completely off but who likes to be cutting on their brand new furniture?

Very comfortable and easy to assemble. Unfortunately it arrived with damage along the left arm of the sofa with fabric ripped and shredded along the front edge. I emailed the seller and they promptly sent out a replacement arm to replace the damaged one.

We received our sofa and it is BEAUTIFUL! Very elegant looking and comfortable. The set up was a little fuzzy but not bad overall.

For the pricing we paid, we think this is a GREAT deal!

Love it so far!!! Love everything about it I do wish it was a little more higher but is not that bad either. Will see how long it will last before I have to buy another! But right now love it
