The couches themselves are sturdy, but the upholstery is very weak and both of my bottom cushions on the larger sofa are ripped and ugly looking now. I’ve owned the couches for less than a year.

I tried to reach out to the seller to see if I could be sent two new cushions before writing my review but received no response.

The set came today and they are a perfect fit! The furniture came delivered in two boxes and some assembly is required. Delivery was on schedule. XPO did an excellent job communicating with me pertaining to the delivery. They were on time and the shipment is intact. So far so good. It's not an high end quality furniture line real leather and such but it's efficient and affordable. It will do for now. So far very happy with the purchase.

Cannot say anything about it cuz received damaged love seat so did not unpack that but did partially assembled the couch and assembling was easy . Did all by myself without help but the legs/the wooden base meant to be screwed in at the bottom of the couch did not fit as the the holes are too small.
In short requested a replacement and since May 3, waiting on replacement. Will review if received undamaged.

Received the replacement order with defects but cannot wait another month so decided to keep this.
The cushions as shown in picture have holes , fabric is ripped and after a few days of use can see the seating cushions sinking in.
The wooden legs, u can refer to pic how were received and thus only 3 fits in the provided slot.
Contacted amazon to see if seller could send a replacement for defective parts . But seller is too busy to respond either to amazon or to my voice messages. So far have not heard back. Poor customer service.
Luckily got wooden legs from a friend who was discarding her old couches.
Over all if u can wait long for shipment then the price is good . But definitely will not recommend.

It is February 1st and I have only had sofa set for a month and a half - it looks nice and price is good but unfortunately the couch is already breaking down and sagging. I did not have much money to spend since my recent hospitalization but needed a new couch that was more supportive and easy top get up and down off of - I was hopeful yet my needs and expectations were not met.
What makes it worse - I got online today to ask about an exchange or return and it says no loner able to return and or exchange as of Feb. 1st - today is February 1st so I should still be able to do so.
Very disappointing. I hope they will rectify this.

Great for the price! Everyone loves them, so far so good. Who would have thought you could buy inexpensive couches on Amazon and they turn out nice! They also got delivered sooner then expected!

Shipping: First time I ordered they didn't show up for over a month (that seller is no longer on Amazon). The second time was fulfilled by Amazon and it came right on time as scheduled--price was $100 more though.
Price: Really, you can't beat this price which is only $250 per sofa/loveseat, so you can't expect too much--it is made in Vietnam.
Smell: It smells like the wooden frame--like a hardware store smell when you first get it.
Assembly: You have to assemble it for about 2 hours--one hour per couch (including the unpacking time). The hardware is simple and it comes with an assembly tool that works very well. You don't even need a screw driver:) Just don't be expecting to receive fully assembled furniture--this is like an IKEA product--neatly packed in flat boxes.
Quality: The feet (that you screw on) are plastic, not wood. That seemed kind of cheap. But you don't notice when looking at it. They look fine and sit nicely--not too soft, not too firm.
Size: They are smaller in size than your typically huge American sofa, so if you have a large room they would look "lost." But I have a small living room in an older home and they fit awesome and don't make the room look too filled up.
Overall--for this price, can't be beat.

This couch was delivered to my front door. The delivery men didnt even knock to let me know they were here. The couch was super easy to put together and I had remembered I read a review about the cushions being inside of the bottem of the couch so that wasnt to hard to find but if I had not read that review I would have thought I was missing pieces. The couches look nice put together and I immediately put slip covers on them to protect them from my dogs nails. The couch and love seat are quite a bit smaller then what I'm used to but I was looking for something smaller to fit my living room better. The couches are comfortable to sit on but by no means can you take a nap or cuddle on them and be comfortable. I dont know how long these couches will hold up with toddlers as I could see the entire frame while building it but they are better then I expected for couches I ordered offline.
