These people suck. They do not answer their customer service number at allllll. It’s very misleading as the pic looks like the other divano Roma set and it’s a dark charcoal in the picture like the other tufted set. In reality it’s extreme light. IM PISSED!

I wanted a couch at the end of my bed that was firm, had a low back and was only 84 inches long. Love the color and feel.

Couch came with holes in it. Very short, should have read the dimensions/size thoroughly. Wish I could get my money back.

I received my loveseat faster then what I was told which was awesome. I then received the regular couch 3 days later. Overall I am satisfied with my product. I love the stkyle, color & price. The overall comfort can be better but other than that I am a satisfied customer.
