ng product!!! I am a larger guy both tall and hunky. Didn't want to build a bed frame like I had in past. This rescued me. I am 6'3. 420. Lady half is 5'7 230. Bed is sturdy as hell. No shift. No creek. Put together super fast. Is well made. Also able to connect "stuff" if your so inclined. Plus has ability to add headboard. Hope they are around for awhile!

PROS:
+ It supports my 15" foam mattress very well without boxsprings.
+ The mattress doesn't sag without the box springs even when my husband (he's 6'1, 245 lbs) lays on it.
+ If box springs are used, the frame has a little dip that the box springs sit in to keep them from sliding around.
+ The frame looks nice and feels solid.
+ They placed the styrofoam in plastic bags so there was no big mess as I pulled the pieces out of the box.
+ All the tools and screws needed are supplied.
+ Once you figure out where the pieces go and lay it out on the floor, it takes less than 10 minutes to put it together.
+ The frame comes with a 5 year warranty and their customer service is awesome. (After 13 months of ownership we recently had to contact the company after the middle leg of the 'E' section of the frame snapped where it had been welded to the frame. They were quick to respond to our email and had a replacement part sent out to us within 24 hours of us supplying the invoice and pictures of the broken leg.)

NEUTRAL:
+/- There is room for storage underneath. It's not tall enough for totes but will easily accommodate bins or boxes under a foot tall.
+/- The frame slides pretty easily on our hardwood floor, but the the hard plastic caps under the feet have prevented any scratching.
+/- Removing our bedsprings and laying our foam mattress solely on the frame made our mattress feel much softer. While there was still no sagging after almost 2 years of laying the mattress on the frame, we decided to add 3/4" thick plywood ($40) cut to fit inside the frame under our mattress to give our mattress more support and a firmer feel without the added height boxsprings give.

CONS:
- My frame arrived with several deep scratches which made me wonder if I happened to receive a returned item.
- The individual parts are not labeled with stickers so you must refer to the paperwork to figure out how to lay the 7 frame pieces out before assembly.
- The end of the frame sticks out a good 2.5" from the end of our mattress which caused a lot of stubbed toes and scraped calves in the beginning.
- The middle support leg on part 'E' of our frame snapped after just 13 months.

Additional info in case my 9 photos don't upload (which has been happening pretty frequently).
* There are 20 slats total, 10 per side
* The four middle slats have assigned spots and are marked with an orange sticker. The rest can be placed where you please.
* There is just under 13" of clearance for storage underneath the bed.
* There are 7" in between each slat except for the very first slat and the bed frame and the very last slat and bed frame where there is a 3" space.
Wow! Just, wow! This thing is a tank. Me and my wife are "big boned"....we fat...all there is to it. This thing doesn't sway, budge, squeek, bow, or nothing. The last frame I had, I had to build. We are a total of over 600 pounds, and this thing is a champ. EASY to put together. Looks god. And our headboard bolted right up ( had to buy some longer bolts...oh well...11 bucks). I would give this 6 stars if I could.
This bed seemed really sturdy at first but this evening--2 months after recieving this bedframe--the central bar broke clean off and now the bed is collapsing. I'm a 135 pound person, and i was sitting down to fold laundry--nothing too athletic--when it broke.
Unfortunately this happened after the return window (a mere month after the purchase). Judging by the other reviews, i may have been delivered a lemon.

EDIT great customer service--called me, apologized, and are sending a new one! Will edit again once i recieve the next bed.

UPDATE they sent me an excellent replacement--a little nicer than the last because it has extra support on the middle bar. Wonderful customer service.
This bed frame is amazingly sturdy and quiet, just as advertised. Assembly was very easy and straightforward. Once I got it together and put the mattress on, however, I ran into issues about a week in. There is a fix, just make sure you budget for it.

The slats are narrow and spaced pretty widely. When using a box spring or a spring mattress, this is not an issue. If you dare use this bed frame with a memory foam mattress, you will run into issues, however. After a week or so I started waking up with horrible pain in sections of my back, shoulder, you name it. (I had the mattress on the floor for a couple of weeks without issue. New mattress.)

Turns out, memory foam mattresses form to the slats and slip through. When sitting on the bed, I could feel about 6" of the mattress sticking through the slats.

I went out and got some plywood, cut it to fit, and have been sleeping great ever since, but know ahead of time you will need to reduce the gap between the slats if you get a memory foam mattress.
I am not so happy with this product due to the fact that I chose to purchase this frame rather than a cheaper one to be reassured of strength and sturdiness. The metal is strong but when put together there are a few slight issues that take a lot away from it's security and sturdiness. Most importantly there are cross bars that are suppose to bolt onto the middle piece and the both outside supports of the frame and there are no holes on the outside support for it to properly bolt into (as shown in pictures) this seems to be a manufacturing mistake but this takes a lot of security away from the entire frame, when I completed the frame I pushed slightly on the outside support just to see how much pressure it would take for the rails to come off and multiple fell with very little pressure pushing outwards, that's concerning. The middle bar does have the proper holes and is secure, if the other holes needed were where they were suppose to be than this bed would actually be very sturdy and secure. some other little things I found that were not really an issue or concern but just shows lack of quality or care in manufacturing was some parts that were just crooked or not flush with each other and some little plastic ends kept falling off ( but these things did not effect the security of it). What I actually like about this frame is that it was easy to understand instructions and quick and easy to assemble, it has a lip to hold the mattress in so the mattress doesn't slide off , it also gives lots of storage space underneath.
I love this bed. Months ago, I bought two for my teenage boys and am considering getting one for me and my husband! My son and I put together the second one in 7 minutes flat. I could have done it alone without issue.
A main selling point was no-squeak. Now it does have a little bit, but it’s nearly non existent.
There’s a good amount of storage space under the beds (which is great in a smaller room).
They’ve held up, they’re quiet, space friendly and comfortable.
Very sturdy frame. The legs are nice and thick which makes the bed feel very strong. Very easy to assemble for most people. You’ll probably need some sort of support under the mattress. I used a 1/8” sheet of hardboard cut to size, and it’s worked well. I’m pleased with the purchase.
Product was actually pretty decent for price vs. quality. As the kids would say, "This bed it lit! for that price!!!"

Comes in 4 pieces, two ends and two fold up sides with a leg each for support. Allen key (included) 8 small bolts, 4 larger bolts (2 extra incl.) and install the slats, and your done! There's a wrench I didn't even use.

Rated 0 for storage because well.. it doesn't hold anything but you can definitely put your "tings" under it.

Only issue I had was the bed was shipped from Washington to Canada during pandemic. If I had known that, would have maybe purchased from Canada and saved myself some taxes but happy regardless.

Recommended by this Canadian 100% eh!
this is a great bed frame. had it for over a year now, its great. Its very sturdy, NEVER had a single problem with it being wobbly or falling apart or anything. And its a great height, fits storage bins and cat carriers, my one cat has a nice bed/nest under there too, and its their favorite hiding spot. overall, everyone is happy with the bed. I reccomend
