got this for a spare guest bedroom and it was built so quickly i was surprised how sturdy it felt. I wasn’t expecting a ton but this is how every build a bed frame should be easy clear instructions and built like a tank. We have had the kids jump on it and sleep in it and no issues no creaks!
This bed is the best one on Amazon. It took me few hours to assemble it which was as easy as plug and play. The direction was very clear and simple. The tools came on the box were super helpful. Everything was labeled including hardware which made it easier to put together. The frame itself is solid and sturdy. Mattress wont slide around. There’s also lots of room underneath for storage. I highly recommend this bed frame.
There is no way all these high ratings can be real. I have been sleeping in this bed for about a week now.
It seemed ok until this morning. I woke to find both the headboard end and the footboard ends and 10 to 15 degree angles. I was extremely careful in assembly, I am a mechanic of 45 years, so I was shocked to see such a profound tilt to the frame. I investigated the problem and found the attachment to the frame rails is not designed properly to sustain regular movement of sleeping. The brackets on the headboard that attach to the frame are way to small and have a blind fastener inside the rail that pulls loose after tightening. If you attempt to tighten securely you can feel them pull loose inside the rails.
This bed frame might be ok for a short time for a small child or to be used as a guest room bed but I even have some doubts about that. It’s a shame because it looks pretty good and has a nice finish but it is not made for any movement.
It is way too much effort to tear down and pack up to send back a $100 bed frame so I will attempt to reinforce the headboards with fabricated angle brackets and change the attachment points. There is not much good metal to work with so if it fails I’ll tear it all down and use the pieces for other projects at home.
Again, if you just need a cheap bed as a guest bed that never really gets used, you’re probably ok. If you use it daily beware! These reviews are either naive or fake. Good luck.
It's very sturdy. Wasn't too complicated to assemble and has room underneath for storage. My only complaint would be the steel screws that hideously clash against the white bed frame (and there are a million of them). My solution was to buy white paint from the craft store and paint the screws and bolts. Works for me and I'm satisfied.
LOVE our queen frame! Easy to assemble (did it alone in a few hours) and very sturdy. We need to tighten the screw after using it for a month, but that’s expected! It’s very pretty. Just a note - we did put cardboard on top of the frame to keep our foam mattress from getting pushed through on the ends, but they are pretty close together so the cardboard was just a precaution.
This is really such a beautiful bed!! I can’t see the price was so good!! The quality is excellent and it looks so pretty when it’s put together. It was incredibly easy to assemble which I really really liked because I’m not that good at mechanical things. So I really appreciate that it wasn’t too hard to put together. It looks great and it really adds so much to the room I’m so happy with it and I would definitely purchase from this seller again!!!
This bed comes with 5000 screws, nuts & washers. That alone should deter you. It takes 45 mins just to understand the instructions and much longer to put it together. The dimensions currently listed for the assembled bed frame is incorrect, those are the dimensions for a Queen mattress, not the bed frame. This is the 4th bed I've purchased from amazon and the only one that I hated putting together. The 1 star is for putting it together, it seemed sturdy though and looked nice, but was too big for the space I have.
We just put together the Full Size Bed Frame. The white color looks to have a tint of gray in it which was unexpected, but not a deal breaker. The instructions are a little busy; it's nice that it all fits on one sheet of paper, but I think some less experienced customers will find them too hard to follow. We did notice while assembling that some of the drilled holes weren't quite in the spot they should be. For the most part they were though. In future design I think the metal slats should have some sort of mechanism to keep them fastened to the frame.
Overall, the bed looks nice and seems sturdy. We don't have too much time with it up, but seems good so far.
