I did a lot of research looking for the perfect sectional for our summer home. I searched many sites and compared products and prices and I decided to go with the Phi Villa. I needed it to arrive on a Friday because I would not be there during the week. I contacted the company (before buying it) and they assured me after I ordered, they would hold it until the Tuesday before and it would arrive on Friday. That is exactly how it happened. I was so grateful my furniture was not sitting outside my house. Customer service -- great. We unpacked boxes, and put our sectional together and I was MORE THAN SATISFIED. It looked so sleek in our back yard. We arranged it a few different ways (easy to rearrange) and, I liked them all. Then I tested it by laying down for a nap ---- ahhhhh perfect! It was extremely comfortable. That was the icing on the cake. In all, I am very very happy with the product, and the fact that the fabric doesn't fade will be perfect for summers to come.

Did a ton of research and shopping for an L shaped wicker sectional! The description and pictures are very accurate! Make sure to do measurements! The back does sit low but my husband is 6’4 and says he likes it! The cushions are pretty comfortable but they do slide around a ton which drives me nuts so I am going to buy fabric Velcro to keep them in place. They do absorb a ton water when left out in rain but dry up nicely. This piece did come wirh clips and when i didn’t have enough I contacted the company and they were amazing and sent more clips immediately! Love the look and think quality is great for price!

Exactly as described. The 7 piece sectional came in 3 boxes and took my husband about 2.5 hours to put together. Not difficult just have patience. We will be getting velcro for the cushions so they stay in place.

Says it’ll support up to 300 pounds, but the “wicker” doesn’t look or feel very strong. Not fun to assemble. The height of the backsupport isn’t very high. Wish I paid more attention to the measurements, though it fits my space fine, it just looks short. Fear I may have to replace this in a year or two as it doesn’t look/feel sturdy enough to go the distance.

Love this set in my backyard!! My friends and family love it and it was so easy to set up. I set up the entire set by myself it took me about an hour or so. They ship in 2 separate shipments one 2 days after the other. On these nice new Orleans days and nights I love to sit in my backyard with a glass of wine and some music and be at peace

The worst product we’ve ever purchased on Amazon. Don’t ever get patio furniture without sitting on it first. The cushions are not meant for outdoors. Already faded after less than a month, retain a ton of water when it rains and the whole set it so low there is almost no back at all. Most uncomfortable overpriced patio set ever. Horrible purchase.
