The chairs were well packaged and arrived safely. The problem that I had was in trying to determine which screw pack went with which item and what each of the wooden pieces were. The instructions for assembly state that items have an identification on them. Mine must have been the exception as nothing had any form of ID on it. What should have been done is that all of the wood parts for each chair, table and couch should have been labeled so, out of the box you could put them together for ease of assembly. None of the screw packs had an ID on them. All the mfg. needed to do was to put a letter signifying which pack is which. It would have made assembly VERY easy had this been done. They really are easy to assemble once you take the time to figure out which item is which. Had that been done, I would have easily given this item a 5-star rating.
I would add that when you put the chairs and couch together, first affix the back to the sitting part and hold them together with tape. Then, put the unit on its side and attach the arm rest for the one side. When it is in place, flip the unit over to expose the other side and finish the assembly. Take the tape off after assembly.

I love this set with Gray Cushions & Back Pillows. They look really pretty. The package is undamaged, scratch free, and no peculiar smell. Easy to Assemble and clean.
It's sturdy and I keep it outside around the fire pit. It's just the right size for my backyard.
I had a party last weekend, my family and friends had some BBQ together. They all said the outdoor chairs were great！
Now,It begin to get cold and snowy. I had moved all the chairs to the basement,the wooden chairs also match my fireplace.

The final product looks used. Arms aren't finished. Rough sanding. Cushions are like sitting on a towel. Had to buy better foam. Finished product squeaks. Screw countersinks are too deep. Several went through table top. Real cheap. Should only be $299 to $399. I've had to tighten the screws every few weeks. Furniture likes to wobble.

Pros: Easy to assemble, sturdy, attractive design, good quality workmanship overall, comfortable cushions, inexpensive.
Cons: Design using thin wood pieces makes furniture look unsubstantial, wood finish not consistent. I purchased this to complement an acacia wood dining set located on my screen porch purchased previously on Amazon. The maker of the dining set offered a competing 4 piece set which was approximately double the cost of this one. In side by side comparison, my dining set is much heavier and substantial and has a much higher quality finish. It is obviously higher quality furniture. However, due to the lower price this set offers a good value in wood outdoor furniture.

Best price for what you get. It’s a good set. Beautiful. Cushions are good and waterproofish. They do hold water but dry up nicely. But the material won’t get moldy.

What a great set. You could tell it was made to order by the fresh smell of stain. Uniform screws and minimal work made this a 30 minute one man assembly.

Love the looks of this furniture on our new patio. The chairs only have 2 screws & a small dowel holding the back on. We bought a separate similar set of 2 chairs made by the same company that were much more sturdy. The cushions are not the greatest in comfort, but all in all would recommend.

Really nice set for the price. Easy to assemble. I sealed it with teal oil to keep it from turning in the sun and rain.
