I love the product - But it stopped working in 2 weeks. Then i got a replacement part. It worked but not as the first time. I ended up returning the product. But i will buy it again after a few months and hopefully they have made the controller more reliable.
The seller is simply superb ( Exacme ). Their customer service is above and beyond. Even thought the product was not reliable- the seller did everything possible to assist.

It's a very soft leather, we purchased this for our elderly 84 year old mother, she is petite 4'8 it's like it was chair was ment for her petite frame. The warming chair is nice for people who are cold often. The chair also lifts her to a standing position very slowly and smooth. My mother just loves her new chair

This chair broke from cheap wood that splintered causing my elderly 169 lb father to fall. This is cheaply made, screw just splintered out of cheap particle board then bracket came loose. I am watching Amazon, my review better show up. This is an item that can be involved in a lawsuit due to injury

After a shaky start (the lift motor burned out after 3 days), the service was quick. I had to take the old control out and replace it but its a simple thing. No trouble since.

My husband has a back injury so we got this chair to help him stand and have heat and massage on his bad days. The directions were easy to follow. The massage is strong and vibrates him and the floor really well. We found the heat works when we cancel the vibration options, small negative, to make heat set on its own and it's great too. It's not as sink-in-comfy as I hoped, though it's still comfortable, especially when all laid back and situated, as well as being a little narrower than I'd hoped, but the chair is loved regardless. The usb plugs are very handy. The lifting and heat features are fantastic. Worth the price.

My mom can't stand up easily, this chair helps her immensely. Having said that, we did have a small problem. I would buy from this company again because of their customer service. The chair functions well, the motor makes a low hum so it is not annoying. It looks very nice and is very comfortable. Keeping in mind that we have had it for a short time so, so far it's great!
The only reason I gave 4 stars was that the chair arrived without any of the wires or remotes. The customer service corrected the problem quickly. This chair has been great so far. My 89-year-old, 5' 2" tall mother loves it. The seat is a good size and just snuggles her backside for a great fit. She can raise her legs without leaning her back too far back. Her old chair that reclined was too large in the seat and once she opened it to raise her feet she could not close it again. This chair is very comfortable, it is pretty easy to work for my mother and she has difficulty with even the simplest cell phone that I could find for her, so that is a huge plus. I think it helps to have the two remotes because if she needs to get up, in what would be a hurry for her, she can find the "lift and dump" button quickly. She does have a sense of humor. Santa made a good choice, even though she had to wait a couple of days for the missing parts. You can tell how good a company is by how they resolve issues with their products. They did a great job getting us the missing parts. So I gave them 4 stars ( just short of 100%). They apologized for any distress it caused us for the parts being left out and assured us steps would be taken to make sure this doesn't happen to other customers in the future.
I do plan on giving an update in the future after we have had it a while.
