This is a great product for the money. We had purchased a Zinus king foundation that we love, and hoped this would be as nice. It is. Clean lines, sturdy, and comfortable.

Assembly, however, was not “in minutes with no tools.” The product includes a throw-away hex tool and took about two hours to assemble. It would be much easier if the parts had letters on them, in addition to the numbers.

Additionally, the metal scratches easily - but again, a good deal for the cost.

We managed to squeeze an 11” Ikea matress on the trundle, but have to pick up the daybed frame to roll it in and out. I wouldn’t recommend more than a 10” mattress - which is still much better than most daybeds will fit.

I LOVE THIS BED FRAME! It is very well made; easy to assemble; and sturdy. I also have a 10” mattress on the trundle bed and it fits perfectly. I just have a fitted sheet on it. A regular blanket would be too thick to have it slide under. I would not suggest a bed thicker than 10” underneath. I would definitely recommend this brand! I bought a different Zinus bed frame for my sons room. Wonderful company!

Trundle wont stay stationary on hardwood floors. There are only two wheel locks, so bed rolls around when sleeping. Had to use bricks to keep trundle stable for company.

I got this for our 2 youngest kiddos ages 5 and 3. First i have to say when it did arrive the box itself was damaged quite a bit from fedex. Second when i got it all out of the box it was missing the assembly instructions as well as all the hardware to put it together. I contacted amazon and the rep was awesome at giving me a partial refund and giving me options on how to resolve this problem. I went with calling the manufacture to get the assembly instructions and hardware. I should of just done the return and get another shipped to me as long as it took the manufacture to fedex me just the hardware and short 7 bolts on top of it. Needless to say amazon was great on options for the mistake that had happened . Overall the bed frame is great and nicely made . Frame structure is strong and durable. No squeaky sounds when getting on or off and once everything is bolted together it is sturdy and won't move . The trundle bed frame has 2 locking wheels that came with it and the other 2 wheels did not lock. Overall great frame set and worth the money. I currently have 2 9" mattresses on it comfortably . I wouldn't go with any higher for the trundle frame or else you may not get it back underneath the frame .

So this thing is extremely well made. there are 9 steel brackets that go across both bases. I like it alot. The only thing that would get this a full 5 stars is to shrink the gap at the end of the bed on the top part. If you do use it as a bed, your pillows tend to get lost easily. Other than that, this is probably the best doorm bed you could get.

Bought this for my kids' hangout room to serve as a couch and bed for sleepovers. It was super easy to assemble with the picture directions and each piece was letter/number labeled. It is very sturdy and is holding up well even with kids flopping down on it to watch tv. The daybed and trundle support the mattresses well, it is very sturdy. My only problem was two of the holes the trundle caster goes through were crooked so it didn't fit in straight but I made it work. I was originally looking at purchasing a futon but am super happy that I went with this Daybed/Trundle instead as it was less expensive but is working better for our needs than a futon would have. With some nice sheets covering the mattresses and some pretty pillows it is an attractive yet functional furniture piece.

My grandchildren love staying at my house now that I have beds for them! This one is super comfortable and didn’t break the bank. And, it looks beautiful in my office. Win! Win!

Product was damaged upon arrival and missing parts. Have left 2 voice mails with manufacturer with no return phone calls. Poor quality

The assembly instructions were very logical and all components seem to be good quality. There was clearly a lot of thought put into product design, product manufacturing, packaging and customer assembly. The bed is very solid and looks great.
The part numbering stickers were sometimes difficult to remove and some left a sticky residue. That is our only issue with this product.

Great little bed! Super easy to put together with great instructions and stickers on each piece so you can match them up. Thoughtful little notes put in the box and tips for assembling. The little ratchet tool that is included in the kit ensures a super tight fit so the bed is very sturdy. Great value for the price. We have it at the cottage for extra room when the kids have a friend over.
