For as much as they cost, these will wear out far too soon. My Wustof knives are sharp and these mats have deep grooves after one use. When I cleaned one, the stain of the carrots I had been dicing wouldn't come out of the mat. Looks dirty, so I can imagine all the extra germs. I won't buy them again.

I love the bright colors and logos to show which board to cut what on. Really helps keep our kitchen prep hygienic. The undersides are ridged so they don't move on the counter. Super easy to clean with dish soap and water. They are a bit thin and already are showing wear, unfortunately.

I love these little cutting mats! Make sure you know it's a cutting MAT and not a board. They are thinner than the boards and may not last as long. However, I feel like ours will last a long time. I like that they're dishwasher safe and store much more easily than our cutting boards.

These mats work perfectly. They are easy to clean. They are durable and clearly display what foods to cut on them. I like the backside which has a type of non-slip design. They flex pretty well allowing me to pour my food into bowls or cooking pans.

My husband absolutely loves these. We have a really expensive cutting board and he uses these before he uses that! No fuss cutting boards and I love the cute colors too. I would buy them again in a heartbeat.

I love the size of these mats. There is plenty of room for cutting and they do not slip around like most plastic cutting mats. You have one for all types of foods so no chance of cross contamination

I liked the pictures on each to prevent cross contamination. But, they seriously need some anti slip grips on the back. They move around too much.

The product label indicates these are "Flexible & Non-Slip". I do not find that to be true. These mats slide all over the place. Read the full product description, it reads "semi-non-slip textured waffle backing". I saw the recommendation to put a paper towel or towel under it to prevent slipping. I didn't think I'd have to read the fine print ..... very disappointed.

Good thickness. Slightly thicker than the ones I purchased at a local store previously, and still flexible. I like that they are also larger than the ones I bought locally-- a bit more room so food doesn't spill off the sides as quickly while chopping.

I would have liked a little more flex in them. Otherwise they are excellent value.
