Over the past 10 years I think we've gone through 4 sets of soap dispensers. This product is hands down the best we've bought. When I first opened the package they were light weight and I was worried they would be cheap and flimsy. They were easier to install than any others we've had before, the size of the soap holder is larger than any we've had before, the finish is nice, the spout extension is longer and more adequate than any other, the ease of the pump is terrific, and the amount of soap that gets disbursed is perfect. I love having two dispensers at my kitchen sink (one for Dawn and one for hand soap, or you could use a second for lotion as long as your sink has enough holes. The price was more reasonable than any of the previous dispensers that I purchased from the depot store. The reviews I read helped me chose this product. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing my own review to make sure I reported accurately. I'm even more pleased now. You shouldn't be disappointing in this product. The delivery was even quicker than I had expected. I am very happy!

This product is what I was looking for. I had originally purchased the Kräus matte black dispenser, but it would drip for about 5-10 seconds each time the pump was pressed. The design of the Kräus makes it to where the pump return is slow, and that makes it dribble soap until it has completed the return. If I were able to replace their spring with a stronger one, it would have helped, but it’s a sealed spring system.

I was hesitant to buy this Kimi Cuisine one, not being a brand I’m familiar with. However, it is matte black and looks exactly like the Kräus model. The only difference in the two models, is the Kimi Cuisine one operates as intended. It’s a good pump that returns upright quickly. Therefore, it does not dribble soap. I sure didn’t want to keep wasting soap with the other one, nor did I want to continue holding the sponge under the pump for 10 seconds. That gets old rather quick.

I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a dispenser. Whether matte black, stainless, whatever finish is needed. If anybody is to ask for my assistance in choosing a dispenser, this is the first one I would point them toward.

This is a well built dispenser that looks like top brand models, and performs above the standards of top brand models.

I have yet to add a long hose into my soap jug, so I’ve only used the screw on container that the pump comes with. I don’t see how that would affect the performance, but I wanted to make that clear. I’ve only used it in the configuration it arrives with.

The dispenser looks attractive and appears to be functional. It is not as sturdy (plastic instead of metal) compared to the one it is replacing, but only time will tell on that. My main complaint is the seller won't stop barraging me with emails. One email to make sure I received it and installed okay would have been fine, but daily emails and now continued pleading for a review--sorry, that's too much!
PS, Seller offered to discount the item, which is definitely a nice gesture of good faith. Hopefully they will reduce their email barrage.

This handsome little number sits unnoticed by the new pull-down faucet but will fill two purposes--getting rid of all those bottles and soap dishes which clutter and look messy, and putting Dawn (or your choice dish soap) in the dispenser allow use for either doing dishes in the sink or washing hands. The spout points down at the end so that you can count on it going in the sink or on your hands, not out in space. I am not able to rate or recommend at this time but will do so in time. I know I am going to like it just for the convenience of filling from the top.
UPDATE: This handy soap dispenser is in full use now, and I'm so pleased with the look and neatness it provides. I used to have a large bottle of dish soap, hand soap, scrubbers, and sanitizers on my counter top, but now have this small, attractive, brushed nickle dispenser that matches my new water faucet, and my granite counter tops get full stage now.

Straight forward to install; decent quality and robust enough for home use. Not clear to me the price premium I paid for this vs similarly priced dispensers in big box store was worth it.

It is fussy about what soap you use. It works fine with Palmolive Ultra but Kroger store brand is a disaster because it gets gummy in the spout which means you need to put more pressure on dispenser and when it suddenly unplugs the clot of soap in the nozzle causes soap to spit out in random direction.

In the dispenser installation directions there was reference to a kit to replace the soap reservoir with a tube to your bulk bottle of detergent. That would be worth having as dispenser is difficult to get full but not too full.

I'm very happy with this dispenser. I was tired of the one from HD always corroding after a while. Metal parts sound good until they start corroding. I was looking for a plastic shaft with a plastic nut so that it can't corrode.

Very satisfied. I have had other dispensers before, but I like this one most of all. The one thing I especially like is the fact that it does not lose its prime. The other dispensers I would have to pump several times to get anything to come out. This dispenser has yet disappoint! It is just as described, arrived on time and was a cinch to install. I highly recommend!

The soap dispenser was easy to install. The brushed nickel matches the rest of our sink hardware. Like the larger soap container so that we don't have to fill up as often. With diluting our dish detergent, we use one cup of soap and one cup of water. It fills it up with enough room to put the dispenser back in without worry of running over. Thank you for a good product and would definitely recommend product and seller.

Fitted one in the new quartz worktop for the washing up liquid and was so pleased with it I purchased another for hand soap.
Cutting a hole into the quartz is the difficult part but fitting the dispenser even after the sink was installed is a simple task.
Make sure you purchase a thin liquid soap as the thick type doesn’t transfer down through the neck.

Bought 2.. one for soap and the other dishwasher liquid and work perfectly. One was faulty initially, however, it was replaced quickly. Great customer service.

Installed this soap dispenser on to our granite worktops in place of a filtered tap which we didnt use. Self install was very easy and secure and the removable top saves having to clamber under the counter to refill - it can be refilled from the top. Delivery was very quick. Only grip - washing up liquid is sold in 576ml and the supplied bottle is 500ml but not anything major.

Purchased june of 2018 5 months of use was good after that it started becoming loose at the bottom whre you have to screw. Since we use it minimum I was able to leave it loose and it lasted until last month. The bottom plastic broke by itself. I don't see how to contact the seller as it had 5 years warranty.

You never know what you're going to get when ordering kitchen stuff on Amazon. In my experience the products sometimes don't match the images and descriptions, but in the case of this soap dispenser it exceeded my expectations! It looks and operates like a high end kitchen fixture without costing an arm and a leg. What's better, when I accidentally broke the bottle part of it, I reached out to customer support and they sent me a whole new unit the next day, no questions asked. That's how you earn a lifelong customer, great job Kimi folks! :)

Bought this to replace a different, much older one not of this make. It was much more difficult to remove the older one than to install this one. It works very well and has a much higher capacity soap container. Installed, it looks very good as well.

Unlike other soap dispensers that have not stood the test of time or have failed upon installation, the Kimi Cuisine product is outstanding. This includes build quality, simple, smart installation instructions, parts list and functioning. Cannot recommend it enough. You can cheaper products that pale and more expensive ones that are not its equal.

Have had the dispenser installed for 5 days and so far so good... It is doing what I needed it for.
I purposely purchased a dispenser that had a longer reach into the sink so that when the water was turned on it actually reached the soap. My previous dispenser had a much shorter spout thus had to remove facet and make sure the water reached where the soap was. Also used the facet to make sure all soap was washed off side of sink.
I also like that you can fill from the top, last one did not as the bottle was too small and would create a bubble and not allow soap to enter into bottle.

Easy to install. Low profile. Fits (just) a 1” hole. A little sloppy adding thick soap through the top - I unscrewed the holder and added it directly. A long and narrow soap holder.
Update: had a mishap with my dispenser and contacted the company to find a solution. Within 24 hours, the matter was taken care of.

Looks nice enough, although the top pump part looks so thin I almost thought it was coated plastic. The disappointing part is it sticks every single time, which results in squirting soap all over yourself. So frustrating as I wanted a new one to avoid that very same issue with my old one. Will be returning.

The first one I received was broken , but the supplier was very quick to send a replacement and it works great. The proof will be in the life span . We have had other brands which did not stand up well at all. Imagine a soap dispenser that is not chemically compatible with dish soap. This one looks like it will be fine because the components that failed on others are stainless steel on this one.
