Had purchased the 21 inch Lynk pull out so knew the quality was A+. Also pans are heavy so I used the screws to mount. However, I got 2 of these 4 inch spice pull outs for an 9.5 in cabinet. Seeing other reviews noting that the tight space of a spice cabinet made screwing in difficult, I decided to try using Scotch Extreme Mounting Tape. Rand it down the rails, trimmed with a razor, cleaned cabinet well, put down and it is perfect. Highly suggest using this install method.

I ordered these as an alternative to the Rev-A-Shelf which are way to pricey for this application (I have some of their products also). These seem to work well so far and I can now SEE my spices instead of wasting time digging in the cupboard! A couple of things that could be improved, if you have to adjust the racks due to deeper cupboards which I did you will notice that the screws dont do a great job of locking things in place. I was hesitant to crank down on the small screws to much for fear of the hardware breaking. They need to improve the locking capability of the screws. Speaking of screws there are holes for SIX screws yet they only provide FIVE with each unit! A template for mounting would have been GREATLY appreciated! OK, that said depending on your cupboard size, be prepared to be a contortionist especially on the two tier model to get the screws in place. Anyway, I'm pleased so much so I just ordered 3 of their single tier units:-)

Installed 4 units in one narrow upper cabinet. Took a half hour to install the first one with a lot of swearing due to the tight space. I have 2 tips; first predrill holes as directed but then put the screws in a few turns and then remove them. This makes them easier to get threading started when space is tight. They find their holes more easily when you aren’t trying to drive them in at the same time. Secondly, use a long shank Phillips screwdriver and secure screws to the tip with a small strip of double sided tape if your screwdriver isn’t magnetized. It holds the screw where your hands can’t get to until you can get the screw started in each hole. Sure made the last 3 a breeze. Wife loves the ability to get to everything in the cabinet without having to empty half the contents. Units seem real sturdy and glide smoothly. We’ll see...

The kitchen in my new house is a little short on cabinet space, and I didn't want to take up valuable real estate in another cabinet for spices, so they had to go above the stove. However, although I can reach that cabinet, I can't reach in it without a step stool, and there's no good place to keep one in the kitchen. This pull-out shelf solved the problem easily. I used it for about a week without fastening it down (had to hang onto it so it wouldn't fall out) just to be sure about placement. It's a perfect fit for the cabinet, and it makes getting spices much easier.

Be sure to follow the installation instructions. Attach the back to the back of the cabinet first, and then attach the front to the bottom of the cabinet. The instructions say attaching the front is optional, but I disagree. After I attached the back, the front lifted up at an angle, so it needed to be screwed in to the bottom of the cabinet.

These racks appear to be well made, but the expandable drawer insert is disappointing. No matter how you overlap them, the upper unit sits at a strange angle on top of the lower unit, and it not only looks awful, but makes the spice bottles sit awkwardly. Would have been great if they'd been better designed, but as it is, I'd say keep looking unless you're alright with spending $50+ on a spice rack that looks cheap and does its job poorly.

I have a 5" cabinet and I had to take out all my spices to get to the one I needed. I looked all over for a slide out rack that would fit in this cabinet. It is the perfect height, width and length! It was super easy to install, is heavy duty and holds lots of bottle of spices. I would definitely buy it again.

I got 4 of these, and the are super practical. They kind of solved my not-having-drawers-in-the-kitchen problem, but I wish they made them wider and not just these thin ones. They make them wider but for deeper cabinets.

I have bought from Amazon for years. This is my first review. Just had to let everyone know the quality of Lynx. I first bought 2 slide out shelves for under our newly remodeled master bath vanity. Loved them so much that since then I ordered: 2 more to complete under the vanity; 5 of the spice racks; a pan lid rack; a frying pan rack; and just now ordered a 2 tier one for baking items. I am sold, obviously.. The advantages:
Quality construction, these are not going to rust or bend
Easy to install... no cussing from my husband on installation
For sliding items - move steadily and no noise
Great look
Shipped extremely well packaged
Since they are not solid, they let light all around so you can easily find what you need
The spice ones have a removable "floor" of heavy plastic so even small bottles, like food color, can sit in it, and can be removed to clean

No more struggling to get what you need. No more getting out one item and having an avalanche of others falling out. They are definitely worth the price!

The rack baskets and tracks are very sturdy and look great. The tracks swivel a bit with only the rear plate two screws, but are completely secure with the optional two screws at the front. The tracks also have some incompletely polished sharp edges, so you may want to use gloves.

Mounting these against a wall, in a tight cupboard, or close to each other is difficult with the given instructions.

A very helpful step not mentioned in the instructions is to separate the basket from the tracks after measuring and pre-drilling to give you more room to install the screws; otherwise, you have to reach around or over the baskets to fit your tools behind. The baskets easily separate by fully extending the track and pushing on the pair of plastic pieces on the underside.

Saw this spice rack and wanted to try it out. Spice jars were taking up 2 entire shelves in the cupboard of my already too-small kitchen. This rack easily fit 30 of my standard jars. Liked it so well, ordered a 2nd rack to hold more jars. Not enough room to hold all my jars, but now the spices only take up 1 shelf, giving more room for all the chocolate chips and goodies commonly needed for cookies. Definitely recommend!

Works well to keep the spice jars organized and visible. The “standard” round jars fit two across, but the square organic ones won’t accommodate two side by side. A note to remember that you need extra clearance on top to house the jars in case the height dimension matters. We also had to use a drill to mount it and bought bigger screws as the ones provided seemed a bit meager to support the weight.

Very easy to install in the cupboard. Holds standard grocery store spice jars, three across and seven or eight deep. Smooth pull-out. The version with two across would be easier to find the spice you're looking for because the middle spice is difficult to see. Highly recommend.

There are very few pullout organizers for upper cabinets. Height challenged people need them for the higher shelves in tall pantries and upper cabinets. So finding this one was a treat. I hoped to store items larger than spice bottles but the rack isn't wide enough. I'm sure I'll find another use for it. I would love to buy some pullout organizers for 12 - 14" deep cabinets in wider widths. I gave it 3 stars because other buyers mentioned that screws and a template are included with the rack. There were no screws or template in the package that I received.

I have a few of these Lynk organizers in various sizes. Once installed they operate smoothly and provide easier access to the deeper parts of the cabinets. Pretty easy to install even without reading the instructions and using the template but I would still advise perusing the instructions to have an idea of what to expect.

They are so easy to install and work so well that I ended up ordering 5 of them for my new kitchen cupboards. 4 of them hold all of my spices, including bottles of flavourings, and I put 1 in another cupboard to hold vitamins and my hubby's blood pressure medication. No more forgetting - when he reaches for the coffee pods, they're right there. Well worth the price.
