Actually really impressed with this couch. The cushions are firm enough that they are supportive and comfortable, but not too firm. The bed pulls out and folds back in super easy. The mattress is also not bad. I haven't slept on it for a full night, but laid on it to test it out. I'm very happy with my purchase, just a word of advice though, we didn't pay for the extra fee to have the delivery people set it up and to be honest it would have been a waste. All we needed to do was cut open the plastic, remove the cardboard and screw in the legs. That is not $150 worth of work.

Got this sofa after several delivery reschedules, and then rescheduling confusion (coming at the wrong time). The sofa seems more along the lines of brown shades vs grey. The movers said it was against their policy to unwrap the sofa. When I unwrapped it, there was a random square piece of wood screwed on to the bottom. Above it, there was a missing/broken foot. It comes with another set of plastic feet (description says no assembly required, the bottom of which scrapes so they will scratch hardwood floors for sure. My sofa is currently sitting lopsided since I put a few books under the broken foot. Disappointing, but obviously the hassle of getting it outweighs a return at this point. Maybe I can have one of my friends try to do something to fix it. I tried laying on it and am slightly worried about the weight capacity since it felt like it was going to break. I weigh less than 100 lbs and other person maybe 215. Tried looking for weight capacity after and wasn't able to find that info anywhere.

Update: I sat on it for the second time today and it dropped to the ground on one side. I attach pictures of the inside wood falling apart inside, along with the bottom of it scraping my hardwood floors and the other side normal.

Very nice for the price. If you've ever been to a hotel with a sofa sleeper unit in the living area, this is the same quality. Only not broken into by a few thousand guests who have slept & sat on it before you. Smaller in size than a huge sofa & very comfortable to sit on. Being 5'1" my feet hit the floor. Huge plus for me.

The sofa looks nice but less than a month after it arrived the cushions are starting to look deflated and the throw pillows as well. As a matter of fact the throw pillows are actually stuffed with poor quality material.

This turned out to be PERFECT for my home office/guest room. Shipped in a timely manner and Furniture Warehouse had great customer service. Quality sofa and sleeper at a great price. NOTE: Although the color listed is "Slate"...it is NOT GRAY. This sofa has a BROWN hue...which I read in another review and was the color I wanted, so it worked out perfectly.

The couch itself is fine thus far. I have only had it for a day. The problem I have is with the delivery. The delivery was on time and they brought the couch inside the house. However, one of the feet was broken off of the couch and I found one of the screws that secure the foot broken in half on my porch. That seems to me that it broke off in my doorway, but they didn't mention anything. Each of the feet were only secured with a single screw, though there were 2 screw holes in the foot. Fortunately the couch came with a second larger set of feet so I removed the feet and replaced them with the larger feet. It sits a touch higher than we wanted, but there is no waiting for another foot to show up.

We’ve had our sofa for about 2 weeks and are pleased with it overall. The shipping and delivery was efficiently done with the delivery men willingly wrestling the sofa into my home, down a hallway and through a bedroom door to put it exactly where I wanted it. The sofa’s color is as pictured, a very neutral medium gray. The fabric is of good quality and is tightly woven. Sofa beds are usually very firm seating but I still find this one fairly comfortable for TV watching and reading. We haven’t had anyone sleep on the pullout bed but my preliminary test found it to be reasonably comfortable. I’m not too crazy about the throw pillows as they are a bit shiny and very stiff but that doesn’t matter as I plan to replace them with with more decorative pillows anyway. I would buy this again.
