I like that the company reached out to me personally when there was a shipping issue prior to the product being shipped out. They were able to take care of the issue right away. Assembling the bed didn't take long at all. The images on the instructions were pretty easy to understand. It's just when you put the wood on the headboard you have to leave the screws loose on the side first so it can be inserted easily. The material looks well made and durable. It is good value for the money and fits a 10in memory foam mattress well.

I bought 2 of the queen size for my spare bedrooms. They are very sturdy and look great and the price was hard to beat. I like the fact that you don’t need a box spring. I cut some dollar store pool noodles to put on the legs to prevent stubbed toes.

Attractive unit, especially like the headboard with the faux wood panel that is aesthetically pleasing. Sturdy and nicely supports the mattress w/o a box spring. Assembly is a little time consuming and best done with two people. When we need another twin bed will order this again.

We purchased this bed for our grandson to transition from the crib. He's happy with it and we are too. Set up was easy and is functioning as expected.

Sturdy, easy to assemble, no squeaking. Does not work with a box spring though, the headboard is NOT tall enough for that. I bought bed slats instead and it works perfect!

First of all, if you are looking for a cute, good quality bed frame, this is it. I love it! It's very neutral, so it could go well with most decor, unless you have Victorian furniture or something.

Assembly pros:
The screws and such came in a package, so it was all in there and organized by type.
The directions were step by step and told you what parts you needed for each step, which was nice.
Overall, pretty easy to install. Probably best to put together with 2 people instead of 1.

Assembly cons:
One of the parts was mislabeled and we had to go back and take the footboard apart because of it. I think A was supposed to be B, or vice versa. So, that was annoying, but thankfully, we caught it early so it didn't completely wreck things.
The two middle bars that rest on the floor were slightly off the floor. I'm not sure if this was something I did or a defect. It hasn't seemed to cause any problems though! I think once my mattress completely inflated, they were down on the ground.

In conclusion, aside from mislabeled parts, it was a great buy. I love it!
