It was time to replace my 30-year-old couch and with the prices these days, there was no way I could afford a lower quality, high-priced new couch that most likely won't be very comfortable like my old one. I'm disabled so I needed something that would be multi-functional, good quality, and easy to use. I was skeptical at first but the fact I didn't have to assemble it and could set it up multiple ways was a definite plus. It's a bit firm but still very comfortable. I did order a 3" twin topper. This is my main couch, chair, chaise lounge, and bed. My cats are thrilled with it. They like to chase each other underneath, and lounge on the top, and there's a perfect spot for them to nap behind the headrest. Altogether, I'm thrilled with the purchase.

First off I will say this is quite firm, so if you want something softer to sleep on this may not be a fit. We put a thin memory foam on top for a teenage guest and it worked out great. I will say we use this regularly as an ottoman and it gets set up as a chaise lounge quite often. The material is quality and the function is there.

This is a comfortable chair, bed and ottoman. It's on the firm side but it's wide and you can roll over easily. It set up quickly right out of the box. No pieces to worry about. I highly recommend it.

This is a nice, looking bed easy to assemble and is wide enough, but it’s very hard to sleep on. I will have to get a foam topper for it in order for someone to be comfortable sleeping on it.

Well I’d love to say this unit was perfect but it’s definitely not. While it seems sturdy and well put together, it’s major flaw is the lack of comfort. Sitting on this thing is ok, but you don’t want to do it for long periods, especially not to read a book. If you have a visitor that you don’t like, this is the seating option for them. As for laying down, just don’t do it. Sleeping is a brutal punishment to the back even after adding a 3” memory foam topper. Not to mention this will only work for people that are in the shorter category.
I really wish it had been more comfortable as it is wonderful to be able to fold it up and use it as an ottoman. Oh well, live and learn.
