I will be honest up front, I have not opened the plastic wrap and put this together yet, because I bought it knowing it would be stored for almost 2 years waiting for me to move to a different state. But here's what I can tell you...

The packaging is incredible, nothing and I mean absolutely nothing can move around and get scratched or dented. That was inside a cardboard box that perfectly fit everything so again, no room for movement. Then it was in a bigger Amazon box with air bags all around it. Yes, it's a lot of packaging to have the extra amazon box, but I recycle and reuse boxes and other packing so I am ok with the extra box. I bought this because it was the exact look I wanted at an incredible price....how can I beat that even if I have to wait 2 years to use it??? In 2 years this thing might be $50 or more. I am very, very satisfied with my purchase for now. When I do get to use it, I'll update this review.

Review edit: the company had great customer service and they have reached out and sent a replacement. They where quick to reach out and willing to fix the issue. Really upset I have been eyeing this item for sometime now and finally decided to give it a try. I’m missing “2” top panel so I cannot even put it together. The “door” isn’t glued so the sides keep falling off and it has scratches on the door clear plastic thing and scratches on side number 4. have attached some photos. Pretty upset with the product because it would have been a beautiful breadbox otherwise

I just love the quality of this bread box from Goozii! The hardware was very well labeled in separate packets with letters corresponding to the directions enclosed along with pictures of each step of construction. The only issue I had was that I needed to drill a couple of holes a little bigger to fit the corresponding screw needed. It also helped to have a drill bit for the screws when doing the assembly. They even gave some extra hardware pieces in case something was missing in the original lettered packets. I am really glad I ordered this breadbox. I was pleasantly surprised when the item shipped right away instead of in November which was stated when I ordered the bread box.

The Goozie Bamboo Bread Box came in one box and needed to be put together. Most of the hardware worked well but I had problems with putting on the handle. The screw that was included wasn't long enough to hold the handle on the front of the bread box. My husband had to find another longer screw that worked much better. Other than that, everything went together well and I have a very nice beautiful bread box.

We turned this into a shelf for those little cereal boxes, like at hotel breakfast. We’re up at all hours of the night with the newborn and we crave a snack periodically. So we’ve stationed this atop our mini fridge in our bedroom and it’s packed with cereal!!! New parents who like the way we think, get this!

It's a bit tough to assemble, not because the pieces are hard to put together, because the instructions are so small. The paper containing the assembling instructions is small in addition to the small font making it hard to read.

I feel like the sturdiness is so-so, too. Some of these pieces, namely the wooden nobs, would benefit from having some glue put inside of them though none of that was included. I later had to take apart the bread box to do that myself just to make sure the walls of the bread box stay together.

The back of the bread box is cardboard thin and the transparent plastic to see into the box is also very thin, too. However, other than that, the bread box does its job. I'll be getting another one since it is a decent price.
