We got this to replace another Delta touch2O that was great but about 7 years old and didn’t match our new kitchen. We got the champagne bronze, which is a lovely muted shade, not brassy at all. Lovely complement to the whites and light grays in the rest of the kitchen. We paired it with the Delta soap dispenser and air button, and also purchased the Kraus Purita faucet for filtered water. Hope you can see that while not a perfect match, they look great together. Also recommend the Delta AC adapter to avoid having to use batteries for the touch2O, if you have a spare outlet under the sink. Sink is the Kraus 32” with inset cutting board and drying rack, which we just love. Sorry the lighting isn’t great in our photo, still no lights in the kitchen yet :)

Great style and the water force is strong
Installation was very easy.
Faucet operates very smoothly.

Only small issue is we cannot find a directional aerator to fit. Minor issue.
The flow of water is not very strong compared to the other model in my laundry room. I will replace it in the future for that reason. It is attractive and stylish and an economical faucet.
This faucet was easily installed by a professional plumber. It’s the perfect size for my sink. Water pressure easily adjusts to my needs.
Not the cheapest but very happy with the performance. Very good unit.
Background information, I purchased a new home and spent full MSRP on a high end Moen faucet that was industrial looking and had motion activation. Previous to that, I had another home where I had installed a Delta Trinsic Touch20 faucet and loved its performance.

The Moen had no ability to recall previous settings of flow rate as does the Trinsic Touch20. Where the activation light was located triggered many false activations whenever you reached nearby to say, wipe the water droplets on the counter. 2 minutes of flow before auto cut-off was not nearly long enough and regularly triggered a re-wave event. (All of those negatives are addressed with the Trinsic Touch20)

Basically, when you want to eliminate having to keep touching a touchless style faucet to adjust it, Delta Touch 20 gets it right with the ability to recall previous settings just by activating it.

Fast forward 8 months and I had had it! Decided to purchase the Trinsic Touch20 with voice activation in Black Stainless Steel. Ahhh, I feel like I am back with an old friend that had a makeover!

The faucet looks good, seems well built and was a breeze to install with the simple instructions. I would critique the writers of the instructions and would suggest indicating which size wrench to use in both Imperial and metric as opposed to me having to grab a handful of open end wrenches and test for fit.

Setting up the internet was a bit challenging (Google Home) I had a similar setup process with my garage door and Google Home but after a few tries I got it working. (Delta can you create an app instead of a webpage?)

The attached video shows me asking Google to ask Delta Faucet to pour my predetermined amount of water for my dog's bowl. The handwash parlor trick is something to try and I think is a great feature. Overall I feel that if you are looking for an alternative to using the faucet handle to activate your faucet, Delta gets it right and the voice activation is the makeover my old friend had and made a good faucet a touch (pun intended) better!

Highly recommend
It is a nice faucet and appears to be good quality, but it definitely takes getting used to.

The style is great for what we wanted, but the features can be extremely frustrating or not functional for your setup.

First, the touch on/off. This is a nice feature to have while you are there working at the sink. The ability to just tap the metal parts of the faucet to turn the water on/off is quite handy at times. However, it is also a curse. We frequently turn the water on and either accidentally tap part of the metal somewhere, which shuts the water back off, or water drips on it and turns it back off, or it automatically turns off after a period of time. This definitely took getting used to and figuring out where we can/cannot touch to turn it on/off. The sprayer is connected by the hose and plastic, so touching that does not turn it on/off.

Voice control: While this is pretty neat to play with, the sink must be in the on position for it to work. We don't quite trust leaving the valve open on the sink at all times to be able to use this functionality. PLUS, we are on well water and have a reverse osmosis filtration system under our sink and we use that filtered water for drinking/cooking, etc. Although we purchased the matching reverse osmosis beverage faucet, that one does not have voice control, so telling the faucet to run 1 cup of water would be awesome, we can't really use it.

We really like the LED light that indicates the water temperature.

For the install, there are many hoses and cables running under our sink, and this faucet has several hoses, power cable, battery pack cable, and control boxes that can easily be tangled up (or easily caught by the weighted hose for the spray nozzle). I purchased a tension curtain rod to install at the back of the sink cabinet to help separate all the hoses, wires, drain pipes, so the weighted hose for the pull-down nozzle doesn't get stuck. That greatly improved the frustration of having to go under the sink to move things around so the pull-down would fully retract.

So, overall, it is a nice fauct that has been working great, but I would not buy it again since we are not able to fully benefit from many of the features.

June 2023 update: After my initial review (** below) I ultimately reached out to Delta about the issue. The faucet is under warranty. They sent me a repair kit. Doing some research it turns out that this is a common problem . Anyway, I received the kit, removed the old rusted ring magnet and installed a new one. 10 minutes of work and it’s good as new. If there were half stars I’d probably give it 3.5 because the part shouldn’t fail so quickly - but it is a good faucet otherwise and we’re it not for the part failure I’d give it a solid 4.5. ** original review: This faucet is garbage. Looks great and works well for awhile. But there is a design flaw. It rusts from the inside. There is a magnetic ring that holds the tap head in place. That goes first. Once that happens the head no longer sits flush on the faucet. It gets worse and worse over time. The head, now unsecured will "shoot out" from the water pressure. And this is not a one of issue. My parents-in-law bought this exact model one year earlier in another province. We thought it was great and bought the same one maybe a year later. They have the very same issue that we do. In fact when we visited them the following year we got a preview of what was to come. This model is supposedly under warranty for 5 years. I reached out to Delta Canada so we will see. Warranty or not I'd try a different model.
Is it wrong to be in love with a faucet? This faucet is so beautiful. The quality is top notch. We've only had it a week so I can't speak long term is regards to the touch but it s pretty awesome. Easy install, we had a plumber do it as we didn't want to attempt it ourselves. Very happy with the purchase and it looks beautiful in our white kitchen.
I like the magnetic pull down sprayer. Easy to install. Looks elegant. Faucet handle feels light to adjust and therefor possibly easy to break at some point in the future. I did not like the sliding weight for the pull down sprayer. I used a fixed weight from my previous tap that I replaced. The sliding weight makes some noise when sliding over the hose and I doesn't give the firm feeling that a fixed weight on the hose does. Overall, great faucet.
We haven’t had our faucet installed for long, but so far I have had no complaints. The install was not difficult and the faucet seems to be very good quality. I love the sleek, simple look of it - it fits perfectly into our new kitchen.

Update:
Amidst our kitchen Reno’s, at some point the sprayer attachment got scratched right on the front. I was super upset but ended up sending in a customer service request on Delta’s website. I asked what the process would be to fix this - either touch up paint (was hoping this would not be the solution) or I requested to know how much a replacment would be. I never received an email reply, but I did receive a package in the mail and it was the whole sprayer nozzle piece! I am blown away by Delta’s customer service.
