My grandson slept on it when they visited from out of state. He says it’s comfortable but it tips easily
Bought this as I was tired of the rollaway bed in our extra room for guests. This is perfect. It functions as an ottoman and then voila! converts to a twin bed. It is a bit hard, so you'll need some kind of topper, but otherwise works great.
The versatility of this 4 and 1 is all that it's made to be without the bulk, the color and velvety texture is luxurious, the seating is a bit stiff but with a memory foam it will be more comfortable to relax in. I would like to order another with the hopes it's as nice as this one.
I personally like the firmness of the seat and the way its made. It is not soft or fluffy. It is easy to turn back into a ottoman or have turned out into a bed, which works great to save space in my small apartment.
I needed something solid and compact for an occasional guest who required a higher bed due to health conditions. After looking at chairs that took up too much space I saw this. It has exceeded my expectations. Well made and thoughtful design. Is it hard yes but it is also extremely useful for a 2 night stay.
Good size, designed well.
I had to add cushioning to get a better feel for sitting or sleeping. Issues with the back not staying flat for sitting or sleeping.
I stayed at a family member’s house for a month to care for her while on hospice care. I have a middle-aged back that doesn’t like extended periods of couch sleeping. This product was a good alternative to the couch. It folded up nicely during the day and didn’t take up a lot of extra room. It is very firm and I had to purchase a separate memory foam mattress topper for it. With the added mattress topper it was more comfortable than I expected it to be. It held up well and I’m happy with the purchase.
love the fabric...... it looks durable! love the styling.... it is exactly what i needed: an ottoman, a coffiee table, and a fold out bed.

This item is really good for the occasional overnight stay. It's reasonably comfortable with no lumps and bumps (fairly hard, so best with a mattress protector to give some softness); fussy family members have used it happily; makes a nice neat ottoman when folded up. The detail of magnets to hold the skirts in place is nice, makes it look good. I did not find it any use as a chair, lounger or sofa though - not enough back support.

I planned to order 2 of these convertible ottomans, but because of the price and the assurance from the seller that I should feel confident in purchasing with a 180 day free trial , I started by buying 1. It has been a nightmare. The skirting doesn’t fit snugly so it doesn’t look like the picture. The leather looks like plastic. I decided to immediately return it but found that I had to pay $300 to ship it back. Clearly , the assurance of confidence in buying was misleading advertising and I would not have bought this if I had any idea how expensive it would be to return. In addition it got held up at customs and I had to make many calls to sort that out before I was finally refunded for the ottoman but am still waiting for the return of shipping This has been a very poor experience with both this vendor and the so- called A to Z Protection Amazon claims to offer, when you deal with their third party sellers.
