The couch is very great, but I was pretty unhappy with the delivery.

When I placed the order, the estimated delivery range was between Wednesday to Sunday, which felt like a very wide and unpredictable range for such a large delivery.

The range was never narrowed down so I was never told which day it would end up being delivered. I did not receive any phone calls about the delivery. I ended up receiving a notification from the Amazon app only a few hours prior to the delivery, but I was in the office at work and had no way of making it home. I live in an apartment building so I had no idea how they were going to deliver multiple large boxes and no one ever called me to confirm. They ended up dropping the boxes off right in front of my unit door, which was convenient, but I wish they would have called because if I wasn’t checking for notifications and wasn’t home all day those boxes could have been sitting out in the public for who knows how long.

Aside from the delivery, the couch is very comfortable, a good size for an apartment, and was super easy to assemble.

This couch is amazing! It was super easy to assemble, fits perfectly in my space and is beautiful. There isn’t any storage which sucks since I thought there was (I just can’t read apparently lol). The cushions are a little thin though so it’s not as cushiony as I expected but not bad

This sofa scared me when we first started putting it together. I was very unhappy with the delivery as the sofa was delivered at different times and not all together at once. The sofa was also really short however after assembling it we were pleased with the outcome. It’s not the best but it will do and I am sincerely pleased with how it turned out. It looks nice and it’s comfortable. For short term use I give this a 6/10 long term use 2/10.

This was easy to assemble. We found it comfortable and easy to move. You can change the room layout without buying new firniture. I found it as durable and more versital than a large heavy one size couch.

This couch sits very low to the floor and is alot firmer than expected. The back pillows could use some more filling material. It a nice couch but for the price I could have gotten a more adult size couch.

This couch looks fine but the quality of support it of low quality. It would be great for a college student or first apartment but for grown adults looking for something I wouldn’t recommend. The back is flimsy because of the design. If it had a solid back I might feel very different about it. The arm rests are the same as the back. If you need something simple and not concerned about a solid piece of furniture this will do. It just didn’t meet my expectations.

Me and my 9 year old assembled. The back does not provide much support. It is reasonably comfortable. We purchased for the convenience but I do not see it lasting for more than a year or so.

5/5 for the customer service. 3/5 for the design. The back supports are much lower than the back cushions, and the back cushions are very thin and provide little-to-no back support. If this was against a wall it might work, but that wasn’t our intended use.
