It's not that thick wood holding it up however it seems to be sturdy thus far therefore that's good. I do love the cushions the material is so comfortable and soft. I also enjoy the way you can lift or release the arm rests it's like an added bonus to the futon. If you're just looking for a basic sitting area futon that want be used everyday all day then this would be great for you. However I do think it is worth the price so that's a good deal.

This looks exactly as pictured. It's a relatively small size that works great in our cabin. The flexibility of positions of the back and arms are great, and it's extremely easy to assemble. Being labeled memory foam is a little deceiving as the padding is thin, so it's not nearly as comfortable as we hoped.

Il happy with the quality of this for the price. It’s very heavy, though the upper half does not sit well because the sections are meant to move separately. I’ll be adding a hinge to close the gap.

I love the size and the color. But to sleep it kill my back you have to use a pad to put on top because is so hard and uncomfortable. But for a mini sofa it looks so beautiful.

Easy to assemble. I did it myself & I am not at all handy. Extremely comfortable. Sturdy. Great size--probably a little wider than a regular twin. Back of futon converts to flat, with absolute ease. A friend is buying one for her son's room. They were equally impressed.

Don’t expect to be comfortable sleeping on it. When it’s out like a bed there’s a bar in the middle that stands out, you can’t help but feel it. Even a mattress topper didn’t help. So, over all light, easy to put together, okay for chilling but not for a good nights sleep.
